The room is only available for women and non smoking this is the requirement from the landlord. Therefore for those who are not fulfilled this requirement can’t be choose.
Available from 01.03.2022 for a long term rent.
The room size is big around 19m2 with 2 big windows.
The furniture (desk, bed and wardrobe) in the room also can be take over with some amounts. If you interested to take over the furniture please inform.
The flat it self already furnished with the equipment such as in the kitchen we have oven, stoves, refrigerator and a new dishwasher.
There are living room where we meet up sometimes to have a movie/game night or simply talking.
The flat location just 1 minute away from the Bus and Tram station Wasserturm.
The Bus 146 is available every 5 minutes that can take you to the main central station within 5 minutes or walking in 15 minutes.
The tram 103 & 109 can take you to the city center within 5 minutes such as to Rathaus or Berliner Platz.
Nearby there are several supermarkets such as Rewe, Aldi and Lidl. DM, Bank, Cinema and Post office also located nearby. Restaurants and bakeries also available nearby like Pizzeria, Döner, Asian, Greek, Persian and Arabic.
Wir wohnen nur 1 min. von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Wasserturm (Linie 109 oder 103) entfernt, mit der man flott zur Uni oder in die Innenstadt kommt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in 10-15 min zu Fuß oder in 4 min mit dem Bus (Linie 146) erreichbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auf der Steeler Str. gibt es Rewe, Aldi, DM, ein Kino, Post, verschiedene Bäcker, etc. Außerdem gibt es um die Ecke unzählige Döner-Buden, Pizzerien und weitere Restaurants.
Unser WG-Leben gestaltet sich ruhig und harmonisch. Du wirst hier zusammen mit Charlie (24) und Lena (27) wohnen. Charlie studiert in Essen Musikpädagogik und in Dortmund Musik und Englisch auf Lehreamt (Master).
Lena studiert in Bochum Gesundheit und Diversity. Sie wohnt auch erst seit ungefähr einem halben Jahr in der WG und interessiert sich für Queer-Feminismus.
Da wir alle sehr involviert in Studium und Arbeit sind, ziehen wir uns auch mal in unsere eigenen Zimmer zurück und jeder kann seine Ruhe haben, wenn man sie braucht.
Dennoch sind uns Harmonie und Tolleranz für LGBTQ+, ein freundschaftlicher Umgang und gelegentliche gemeinsame Unternehmungen sehr wichtig!
