Zimmer in Werdener Wg frei.

Unsere Wohnung liegt in einer der beliebtesten Straßen in Werden. Zahlreiche sehr hübsche Altbauten links und rechts und gegenüber. Das verschönert den Ausblick aus dem Zimmer.
Werden ist jetzt nicht für sein abgefahrenes Nachtleben berüchtigt, aber für FolkwänglerInnen immer noch der entspannteste Stadtteil um morgens ausgeschlafen in die Uni zu kommen. Und zur Naherholung trägt die Lage auch bei – der Baldeneysee und richtig schöner Wald sind um die Ecke.
In Werden bekommt man eigentlich auch alles was so zum Leben wichtig ist, und wenns uns hier doch mal zu eng wird in unserm Dorf, dann ist das Essener Zentrum (dank ENDLICH wieder fahrender S-Bahn!) auch nur 12min entfernt. In die andere Richtung kommt man easy in 30min nach Düsseldorf.

Our flat is in the beautifully idyllic suburb of Werden. Plenty of old houses all around that make up the view from pretty all windows.
Werden is in no way famous for it´s crazy nightlife, but for everyone studying at Folkwang it is very comfortable to practically just roll out of bed and then you are already at the university. Plus just around the corner is the Baldeneysee and the forest all adding to the wonderful calm atmosphere of the place.
It is small here but you have everything you need for general living and when it gets to small the city center of Essen is 12 minutes away with the S-Bahn and Düsseldorf is only 30 minutes in the other direction.

Kommen wir zum wichtigsten Punkt.
In der Wg erwarten dich: Elina. Sie studiert Physical Theatre im zweiten Jahr und ist eine Liebhaberin guten und ausgedehnten Essens. Ivan. Er ist Choreographiestudent im Master. Er ist gerade am Übergang von Uni zum endgültigen Künstlerdasein und hat daher oft viel zu tun, freut sich dennoch auch über Gesellschaft. Julia. Julia ist ebenfalls Physical Theatre Studetin im zweiten Jahr. Wir alle sind viel in der Uni und wir alle brauchen auch unsere Ruhe zu hause. Ebenso gern freuen wir uns aber unseren Alltag miteinander in Wort und schweigsamem Beisammensein zu teilen und bei WeinKaffeeBierEssenKuchen in der Küche zu sitzen. Und ich glaube man kann sagen, dass wir es alle reeeelativ sauber mögen und halten.
Wir würden uns über eineN kommunikativen MitbewohnerIn sehr freuen, und möchten ausdrücklich sagen, dass auch nicht Folkwängler herzlich zum bei uns wohnen willkommen sind. Außerwgliche Aktivitäten haben bei uns bisher seltener stattgefunden, was allerdings definitiv nicht heißt, dass wir das nicht wollen (meistens fehlt dann nur doch die Zeit).
Was wünschen wir uns noch von dir? Ehrlichkeit und ein gesundes Maß an Interesse an deinen zukünftigen MitbewohnerInnen, das über das Interesse am günstigen Wohnen hinausgeht. Und alles andere sehen wir dann, würde ich sagen!

And then for the most important part.
Your future flatmates are: Elina. She studies Physical Theatre in the second year and loves cooking and good food especially when she has plenty of time to enjoy it. Ivan studies his master in choreography which he is finishing this summer. He is so to speak soon transitioning from student life to professional work and is therefore a busy guy, but is still happy about occational wg-company. Julia also a Physical Theatre student in the second year.
We all spend a LOT of time at the university and we often really just need that things are sort of calm when we come home. But we also really enjoy to be in each others company, whether it´s smalltalking or deeper conversations or maybe just being quiet together over coffeebeerwineteafoodcake or whatever.
You can safely say that we all like to keep the flat reeeeelatively clean.
We would like to find someone to have an easy time with where the communication is good and just to point it out; if you are not a Folkwang student, you are still very welcome!
Until now we have not found the time to do stuff outside the four walls of the wg together. That doesn´t mean, though, that we wouldn´t really like to.
What else can we say? Honesty and directness is important to us and that we can share a common interest for each other and the life we have together here in the flat. Anything else we, I guess will see.
