Da mein Erasmussemester endet, suche ich eine Nachmieterin für mein Zimmer in einer tollen WG mit 2 super Mitbewohnerinnen (beide Italienerinnen).
Wohnung: 3. Stock in ruhigem Haus, Nähe Piazza delle Cure ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Duomo, Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, GästeWC, Bad mit Dusche und WC, großer Balkon (Zugang von der Küche und von dem freien Zimmer).
Zimmer: sehr groß (25 qm), sehr hell (2 Fenster, 1 Balkontür), Fliesenboden, hohe Decken, möbliert mit allem drum und dran.
Kosten:
340 Euro Miete/Monat
plus Nebenkosten ca. 20-30 Euro/Monat (je nach Verbrauch)
Kaution: 433 Euro (bekommst du von deiner Nachmieterin zurück, wenn du ausziehst)
Einziger Nachteil: Leider gibt es nur eine schlechte Internetverbindung (nur in der Küche) und kein Festnetztelefon. Ansonsten ist die WG wirklich spitze und ich gehe sehr ungern hier weg!
