- Ein schoenes und helles Zimmer (möbliert: ein Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Schrank, Bett, Matratze (190x90), Regale und kleinen Schrank, und Sofa-Bett)
- 2 Toiletten, Bad mit Badewanne, extra Dusche und NeueWaschmaschine, 2 Waschbecken.
- Große Küche mit Backofen, Tiefhültruhe, gr. Külschrank, Mikrowelle, etc.
- 1 Keller
- 5 nette Mitbewohner/innen
- Internet- und Telefonflat

- A nice and bright room (furnished : desk, char, wardrobe, bed, matrace (190x90), shelves and small cupboard, and sofa-bed).
- 2 toilets, bathroom with bath, separate shower and new washing machine, 2 sinks.
- Large kitchen with oven, freezer, large fridge, microwave, etc.
- 1 basement
- 5 nice flatmates
- Internet and Phone flat
Die Wohnung ist in der August-Bebel-Str.7 zwischen den Tramhaltestellen Kießlingplatz und Witzlebenstr. und beide Tramhaltestellen sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Sprachenzentrum ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Bäcker, Post, Bank, Apothek, Friseur sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und Aldi, dm, Kaufland sind auch nur höchstens 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
*The apartment is located in the August-Bebel-Str.7 between the tram stops Kießlingplatz and Witzlebenstr. And both tram stops are within 3 minutes walk.
The language center (Sprachenzentrum) can be reached in 5 minutes.
Baker and post office, bank, pharmacy and hair dresser are in the immediate vicinity and shopping opportunities like Aldi, dm, Kaufland are also only a maximum of 10 minutes on foot.
Wir sind Studierende und Berufstätige und haben somit verschiedene Arbeitszeiten, aber man sieht sich immer wieder in der Küche. Man kocht und isst auch mal zusammen manchmal mit Bier und Wein. Tee und Kuchen beim Kartenspielen gibt es auch manchmal. Wir haben einen Putzplan und helfen auch gegenseitig.
*We are students and workers and therefore we have different working hours but we see us always in the kitchen. We cook and eat sometimes together with beer and wine (sometimes). There are also some tea and cake at the card games. We have a cleaning plan and also help each other if a hand or two is needed.
