There is one room available in our WG. It is a beautifully furnished room with extra closet space. This is the only room that has its own balcony. This entire house has three floors and the house is split in two. There are approximately 21 people that live in the entire house. We all know each other pretty well. We enjoy brunch and events together. In this flat, there are 4 people in the apartment. Currently 2 males and 2 females. Out of the 4 people that live in the house, 2 are students at the University and 2 work in the area. Our entire house is very diverse, housing multiple students in that attend the University. We all speak multiple languages! So feel welcome to stop by. The room is large with new furniture that is only a few months old. The owner is willing to give all furniture for a set price. The room is available for sublet or long term renting.
In unserem WG steht Ihnen ein Zimmer zur Verfügung. Es ist ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit extra Schrankraum. Dies ist das einzige Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon. Dieses ganze Haus hat drei Stockwerke und das Haus ist in zwei Teile aufgeteilt. Es gibt ungefähr 21 Leute, die im ganzen Haus leben. Wir kennen uns alle gut. Wir genießen Brunch und Veranstaltungen zusammen. In dieser Wohnung gibt es 4 Personen in der Wohnung. Derzeit 2 Männer und 2 Frauen. Von den 4 Leuten, die im Haus leben, sind 2 Studenten an der Universität und 2 Arbeiten in der Gegend. Unser ganzes Haus ist sehr vielfältig und beherbergt mehrere Studenten, die an der Universität teilnehmen. Wir alle sprechen mehrere Sprachen! Fühlen Sie sich wohl willkommen. Das Zimmer ist groß mit neuen Möbeln, die nur ein paar Monate alt sind. Der Besitzer ist bereit, alle Möbel für einen festgelegten Preis zu geben. Der Raum steht für Untervermietung oder Langzeitmiete zur Verfügung.
It is located in a quiet area across the street from a field. The bus to Zentrum is 500m away and the tram is 10 minutes away. You can easily get around by bike.

WG style with working people and students. We are open to all people of different ideals. We many times eat with each other, and sometimes not. Living here is a very chill environment.

You can buy the furniture from the owner at a discussed piece. Please keep in mind everything is fairly new and well kept. Also, there is a small storage area for bikes in the back of the house
