The room is about 4x4m in size, with a window to the back of the house. It's fully furnished and everything is available that you would need:

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Herbert-Jensch-Straße in der Lebuser Vorstadt. Die Lage hat den Vorteil, dass man einerseits schnell in der Innenstadt und bei der Universität sein kann (ca. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad/ 5 Minuten mit der Tram). Andererseits ist man ebenfalls in ein paar Minuten am Oderdamm/ bei den Oderwiesen komplett in der Natur.
The apartment is located in Herbert-Jensch-Straße in Lebuser Vorstadt. The location has the advantage that on the one hand you can quickly be in the city center and at the university (about 10-15 minutes by bike / 5 minutes by streetcar). On the other hand, you can also reach the Oderdamm / at the Oderwiesen in a few minutes and be completely in nature.
Unsere WG besteht aus drei Masterstudentinnen an der kulturwissenschaftlichen Fakultät.
Lisa (23) isst gerne gut und kann das Lied von Rasputin singen (und euch auch die Story dahinter erzählen).
Valeria (28) kommt aus Kolumbien, ist Filmliebhaberin und teilt sich gerne mal eine Flasche Wein in der Küche.
Annemarie (24) hat ein paar Gesellschaftsspiele zur WG beigetragen und kümmert sich in ihrer Freizeit um ihre Klima-Initiative.
Wir verbringen gerne ab und zu mal Zeit zusammen in der Küche, aber sind eher eine ruhige WG. Wir legen Wert auf Ordnung und Mülltrennung und es hat bisher immer gut funktioniert, dass sich alle am Putzen beteiligen ohne Aufforderung. Wir verstehen uns als aufgeschlossen und gegen jede Art von Diskriminierung, und erwarten das auch von dir.
Our WG consists of three master's students at the Faculty of Cultural Studies.
Lisa (23) likes to eat well and can sing the Rasputin song (and also tell you the story behind it).
Valeria (28) comes from Colombia, is a film lover and likes to share a bottle of wine in the kitchen.
Annemarie (24) has contributed a few board games to the WG and takes care of her climate initiative in her free time.
We like to spend time together in the kitchen from time to time, but are rather a quiet WG. We value order and waste separation and it has always worked well so far that everyone participates in cleaning without prompting. We see ourselves as open-minded and against any kind of discrimination, and expect the same from you.
Wir haben einen Balkon mit Morgensonne, auf dem man im Sommer gut frühstücken kann. :)
Außerdem haben wir ein Keller- und Dachbodenabteil, das mitgenutzt werden kann.
Das Zimmer ist nur möbliert für 150€ zu übernehmen.
Bei Interesse würden wir gerne zuerst einen Videocall vereinbaren und wenn du möchtest, kannst du im Anschluss noch zu einer WG-Besichtigung vorbeikommen.
Wir würden uns über eine Person freuen, die mindestens sechs Monate oder länger bleibt.
We have a balcony with morning sun, where you can have a good breakfast in summer. :)
We also have a basement and an attic compartment that you can use.
The room can only rented under the condition that you buy the furniture for 150€.
If you are interested, we would like to arrange a video call first and if you'd like, you can still come by for a WG viewing afterwards.
We would be happy about someone staying at least six months or longer.
