Hast du Lust, dich in Frankfurt kulturell zu engagieren und deine Fähigkeiten und deine Ideen in unser Hausprojekt einzubringen?
Wir sind ein freundlicher Haufen internationaler Studierender aller Fachrichtungen, junger Berufseinsteiger*innen und Freiberufler*innen und leben 5 Minuten von der Uni im Herzen Frankfurts. In den beiden Häusern in der Forststraße 3 und 4 wohnen wir in Zweier- und Dreier-WGs zusammen, in unserer Eventetage treffen wir uns zum Planen, Diskutieren, Essen, Filme schauen, Kickerspielen oder einfach nur Quatschen.
Wir bieten Zimmer zwischen 10 und 24 Quadratmeter in 2-er und 3-er Wohngemeinschaften mit Küche und Badezimmer an. Der Mietpreis hängt von der Zimmergröße ab. Die monatliche Miete liegt zwischen 80 und 200 Euro inkl. Nebenkosten und Internetzugang. Stromkosten werden von den WG’s selbstständig abgerechnet.
ACHTUNG: Die Photos in der Anzeige sind Beispielbilder. Bei uns werden regelmäßig verschiedene Zimmer frei und wir können jeweils nur auf Anfrage sagen, wie groß genau das Zimmer ist und in welchem Stock sich die Wohnung befindet. Wenn du grundsätzlich Lust auf unser Projekt hast, melde dich doch einfach bei uns und wir können dir genauere Infos zu den freien Räumen geben.

Masz ochotę angażować się w kulturę miasta oraz zainwestować swoje zdolności i pomysły w naszym projekcie mieszkaniowym?
Jesteśmy wesołym skupiskiem ludzi składającym się ze studentów różnych narodowości i z różnych kierunków studiów, młodych pracujących osób oraz freelancerów, i mieszkamy w samym sercu miasta, tylko 5 minut od Uniwersytetu. W obu domach na Forststraße pod numerami 3 i 4 znajdują się nasze dwu- lub trzypokojowe mieszkania. Wszyscy spotykamy się na tak zwanym Eventetage – naszym studio imprezowym, gdzie wspólnie jemy, planujemy, dyskutujemy, oglądamy filmy, gramy w piłkarzyki lub po prostu rozmawiamy i miło spędzamy czas.
Oferujemy pokoje od 10 do 24 m2 w mieszkaniach dwu- lub trzyosobowych z kuchnią i łazienką. Cena wynajmu zależy od wielkości pokoju. Miesięczny czynsz wynosi od 80 do 200 euro razem z kosztami wody i ogrzewania oraz dostępem do internetu. Tylko elektryczność liczona jest osobno dla każdego mieszkania i rozliczana indywidualnie.
UWAGA: Powyższe zdjecia są tylko przykładowe. Dysponujemy różnymi wolnymi pokojami w obu naszych klatkach i chętnie udzielimy dokładniejszych informacji co do wielkości pokoju i piętra indywidualnie na zapytanie. Nie jesteśmy w stanie umieścić zdjęć wszystkich wolnych pokoi na stronie. Would you like to get engaged in a cultural project and contribute your knowledge and ideas to our community? We are a group of international students of all faculties, young job-newcomers and freelancers and live only five minutes away from the university in the heart of Frankfurt. In the two houses of Forststraße 3 and 4, we live in shared flats of two to three people, in our event floor we meet to plan, discuss, eat, watch films, play foosball or just have a nice chat.
We have rooms between 10 and 24 m2 in shared flats of two or three persons with kitchen and bathroom. The rent depends on the room, it is between 80 and 200 Euros a month, including internet. Electricity is being settled by every flat separately.
IMPORTANT: The pictures of the rooms are examples. Due to fluctuation there are different free rooms available and we can only tell you individually, how big they are and in which floor and flat they are. If you are basically interested in our project, just write to us to get more detailed information about the free rooms available at the moment.
Die Forststraße liegt mitten in Frankfurt, mit Blick auf die Oder und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Viadrina, zum Brunnenplatz und zur Brücke nach Polen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und verschiedene Bars sind nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Forststraße znajduje się w centrum Frankfurtu, z widokiem na Odrę i w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie Uniwersytetu Europejskiego Viadrina, węzła komunikacyjnego Brunnenplatz oraz mostu granicznego do Polski. Środki publicznego transportu, supermarkety czy bary znajdują się tylko pięć minut drogi stąd.

Forststraße is in the middle of Frankfurt, with view on the Oder and very close to Viadrina, Brunnenplatz and the bridge to Poland. Public transport, shops and bars are only 5 minutes by foot from here.
Wir verwalten unser Haus selbst und lernen dabei voneinander. Im Alltag arbeiten wir alle in verschiedenen Ressorts, die sich zum Beispiel mit der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, Fundraising, Technik, Instandhaltung und der Zukunft des Projektes beschäftigen. Wir treffen uns jeden Montag, um unsere Pläne zu besprechen. Jede*r kann dort eigene Ideen einbringen und wir versuchen, sie gemeinsam zu verwirklichen. Kenntnisse aus allen Bereichen werden dabei benötigt (von Rechtsfragen über Finanzen bis Kulturmanagement) und der Phantasie sind keine Grenzen gesetzt!
Der Kernteil unserer Arbeit sind die öffentlichen Events, wie Konzerte, internationale Koch- und Filmabende oder unvergessliche Partys, bei denen wir auch eine Bar betreiben. Wir sehen uns als Teil der Kulturszene von Frankfurt (Oder) und wollen ein reichhaltiges Angebot schaffen, das Studierende, Frankfurter*innen und Geflüchtete miteinander in Kontakt bringt. Aber auch das Zusammenleben mit über dreißig Menschen aus verschiedenen Kontinenten und Kontexten bringt viele spannende Momente mit sich.

Naszym budynkiem zarządzamy sami i uczymy się od siebie nawzajem. Pracę dzielimy między resorty takie jak PR, działalność fundacyjna, grupa techniczna, utrzymanie budynku czy przyszłość projektu, gdzie każdy pracuje na co dzień i realizuje swoje działania. Spotykamy się w każdy poniedziałek, żeby omówić nasze plany. Każdy może tu opowiedzieć o swoich pomysłach a my wspólnie postaramy się je zrealizować. Wszelkie umiejętności są tu mile widziane i potrzebne (od zagadnień prawniczych po zarządzanie kulturą) a naszej wyobraźni nie stawiamy granic!
W naszej pracy kluczową sprawą jest organizowanie przeróżnych eventów takich jak koncerty, międzynarodowe wieczory filmowe czy kulinarne, niezapomniane imprezy, podczas których uruchamiamy i obsługujemy nasz mieszkaniowy bar. Postrzegamy się jako część kulturalnej sceny miasta i chcemy stworzyć bogatą ofertę, która będzie podstawą do kontaktów między studentami, rodowitymi mieszkańcami miasta i uchodźcami. Także mieszkanie z ponad 30. osobami z różnych krajów i kontynentów jest samo w sobie niezapomnianym przeżyciem.

We manage our house by ourselves and learn from each other. In everyday life, we work in different resorts like public relations, fundraising, technics or cleaning. We meet every monday to discuss our plans and the future of our project. Everyone can contribute their ideas and we try to realize them together. We need knowledge of all kinds (legal issues, finances and cultural management) and there is no limit to your imagination!
The main part of our work are public events, where we also run a bar. We think of ourselves as part of the cultural scene of Frankfurt and want to be a place, where students, Frankfurt residents and refugees can meet. But also living with over thirty people from different continents makes life stay exciting.
