Dein Zimmer ist ein sehr geräumiger Raum mit viel Licht. Darüber hinaus ist das Zimmer komplett eingerichtet und ein Waschbecken ist im Preis enthalten. Möbel im Zimmer: Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Sofa, Bett mit Matratze, Regal, Kleiderschrank, Teppichboden, Vorhänge. Alle diese Möbel würden an die Person verkauft, die den Raum einnimmt.
Die Wohnung hat einen breiten Flur mit einer Garderobe und ein kleines Gemeinschaftszimmer. Die Küche ist geräumig und verfügt über alle notwendigen Kochutensilien. Außerdem bekommen wir im Juli eine neue Einbauküche, auf die wir uns schon sehr freuen.
In unserem schönen Tageslichtbadezimmer haben wir eine nagelneue Waschmaschine, sodass du deine Wäsche bequem Zuhause waschen kannst.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Lessingstr. und ist vom Zentrum aus in ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Tram Station Kantstr. befindet sich ca. 300m entfernt. Von hier aus kann man mit der Tram 2 in 10 Minuten direkt bis zur Uni und zum Sprachenzentrum fahren.
Ungefähr 4 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ist der Kleistpark, welcher sich zum Joggen, Picknicken etc. super eignet.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Apotheke, Aldi, DM, Norma, Netto) befinden sich ungefähr 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt.
