Mitten im hippen Bahnhofsviertel, wenige Schritte zum Bahnhof, zu den Türmen und in die Innenstadt wartet ein sehr schönes, geräumiges WG-Zimmer in ruhiger, stylischer WG.
Das Zimmer geht zum ruhigen Hinterhof, sonnig, hell im 5. OG mit Aufzug :-)
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Glasschreibtisch, einem Eams Chair, bequemem Bett (140x200cm) und großem Schrank mit Spiegel-Teilfront.
Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein geräumiger Flur - 20qm
sowie großes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche sowie Gäste-WC.
Eine sehr schöne und moderne Küche ist vorhanden und voll ausgestattet: Spülmaschine, Cerankochfeld, Microwelle, Espressomaschine, Kühlschrank und Umluftbackofen UND ein schöner Tisch mit zwei Panthon Chairs,
Du bekommst deinen eigenen Schrankanteil - so kommen wir uns nicht in die Quere.
Ein Highspeed Internetanschluss ist vorhanden, genauso wie internationaler TV Zugang.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist mit Ihrem Freund zusammengezogen und ich habe hier nun eine Zeit alleine gewohnt. Die Wohnung ist dafür zu Schade :-) und viel zu schön und zu groß....
Du solltest genauso gerne sauber wohnen wollen, wie ich - da mir Sauberkeit in der Wohnung am Herzen liegt und wichtig ist. Küche und Bad sollten von uns sauber hinterlassen werden und die Wohnung auch grundsätzlich sauber hinterlassen sein. Treffpunkt des WG-Lebens wäre die 23qm große Küche mit Blick in die Hochhäuser.
Zur Info:
Es Wohnen noch zwei Instagram-Modell-Katzen hier. Die sind ganz lieb und sehr sauber. Interaktion ist kein Muss - kann aber gerne sein. Diese wären nur in meinen zwei Zimmern sowie der Küche unterwegs.
Ich arbeite viel und bin aktuell im Home-Office.
Es wäre daher vielleicht spannend, eine Berufstätigen-WG zu gestalten.
Gerne aber auch einfach mehr persönlich!

In the middle of the trendy railway district, a few steps from the train station, the skyscrapers & bank towers and the city center - a very nice, spacious room awaits you in a quiet, stylish shared apartment.
The room faces the quiet backyard, sunny, bright located on the 5th floor with elevator :-)
The room is furnished with a desk, an Eams chair, a comfortable bed (140x200cm) and a large closet with a partial mirror front.
The apartment also has a spacious hallway - 20sqm
as well as a large bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a guest toilet.
A very beautiful and modern kitchen is available and fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, refrigerator and convection oven AND a beautiful table with two Panthon chairs,
You get your own closet share - so we don't get in each other's way.
A high speed internet connection is available, as well as international TV access.
My roommate moved in with your boyfriend and I've lived here on my own for a while. The apartment is too cool not to be shared :-) and much too beautiful and too big....
You should want to live clean as much as I do - because cleanliness in the apartment is important to me. Kitchens and bathrooms should be left clean by us and the apartment should be left clean in general. The 23 square meter kitchen with a view of the high-rise buildings would be the meeting place for living in our flat share.

There are two Instagram model cats living here. They are very lovely and very clean. Interaction is not a must - but it an option.
They can only be in my two rooms and the kitchen, if you prefer.
I work a lot and am currently in the home office.
So it might be preferable to set up a shared flat for working people.

Nähe zu den Türmen im Central Business District,
Nähe zur Kultur (Oper, Schauspiel, Alte Oper, English Theater, Kino) und natürlich zu
vielen Bars und Gastronomien
sowie der Innenstadt.
Die perfekte Verkehrsanbindung macht die Lage so attraktiv: Zwischen Willy-Brandt-Platz und HBF und Münchnerstr.
2 Minuten zum ÖPNV und
5 Minuten zum HBF.
3 Stationen zum Flughafen
Ich, weiblich 45, lebe und arbeite im CBD /BHFV in Frankfurt. Ich genieße die Nähe zum Main und das kulturelle Angebot und bin gerne hier in den Gastronomien unterwegs. Als Frankfurterin habe ich oft im Ausland gearbeitet und kenne das WG-Leben gut. Ich arbeite viel und gerne und wünsche mir eine ruhige WG. Gerne mal auf ein gemeinsames Getränk - trotzdem wäre gemeinsames Privatleben für mich nicht zwingend.
Da ich aktuell im Home Office arbeite, wäre eine WochenendHeimfahrerWG ggfs. wünschenswert.
Ich arbeite zur Zeit im Home Office und bin viel zu Hause.
Interaktion in der WG ist natürlich wichtig - jedoch ist mir mein eigener (Lebens-)Raum auch sehr wichtig.
Gerne können wir uns in der Küche treffen :-)
Es gibt zwei sehr gepflegte und saubere Katzen - Interaktion ist kein Muss, sie müssen auch nicht in Dein Zimmer gelassen werden. Aber sie sind in meinem Räumen und müssen durch den Flur.
