Ein schönes und großes Zimmer, voll möbliert, original Frankfurter Altbau im Herzen Frankfurts ist ab sofort in unserer WG frei. Das Zimmer ist hell, gut geschnitten mit Parkett und hat eine hohe stuckverzierte Decke! Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Matratze, Bettwäsche, etc. Alle Möbel können ohne Abschlag benutzt werden! Die Miete ist eine Inklusiv-Miete (GEZ nicht enthalten).
Die WG ist super zentral im Frankfurter Stadtzentrum/Bahnhofsviertel gelegen und hat eine schöne Aussicht auf die Skyline von Frankfurt.
Unsere Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Ofen/Herd, Spülmaschine (Bosch), Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Töpfen/Pfannen, Besteck usw. Alles ist da :-)
Wir haben einen großen HD-Fernseher & Playstation sowie schnelles Internet (WLAN/WIFI). Badezimmer mit Dusche.

A lovely big room completely furnished is available now in an authentic Altbau building in the heart of Frankfurt. The room has a bed, high ceiling, and plenty of space and wooden floor, also includes sheets, pillow, etc included, a desk, chair. All furniture can be used at no extra costs.
The kitchen is equipped with stove/oven, dish washer (Bosch), washing machine, fridge, freezer, cutlery & cooking utensils. We've got it all here...:-)
We have a big flat screen full HD TV and fast Wifi in the entire apartment. Bathroom with shower, and everything you need. Monthly rent including bills (gas, internet, electricity, water, rubbish collection). GEZ/TV license is not included.
Das Apartment ist super zentral gelegen am Rande vom Bahnhofs-/Bankenviertel direkt am Jürgen-Ponto-Platz, mit Blick auf den Silver Tower und die Frankfurter Skyline. Die Lage ist der absolute Hammer und kaum zu schlagen - die Frankfurter wissen das ;-) In weniger als 5 Minuten ist man zum Main gejoggt; Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es auch nicht mehr als fünf Minuten, zum Park Taunusanlage fünf Minuten sowie zur S-Bahnhaltestelle Taunusanlage (Deutsche Bank) fünf Minuten zu Fuß. In fünf Minuten sind auch sämtliche S-Bahn-Linien, U-Bahn, Busse und diverse Straßenbahnlinien zu erreichen. 15 Minuten zum Stadion und Flughafen (2/3 S-Bahn Stationen). 7 Minuten zu Fuß zur Hauptwache!!
The apartment is very centrally located touching the international, iconic and totally vibrant Bahnhofsviertel and Frankfurt's financial district / the West End and is ideal for those working in the financial district, Westend, at the airport, near the Messe or anywhere central in Frankfurt. Jogging to the Main river takes less than five minutes depending on your fitness :-) The central station is less than 5 minutes away with three stops to the airport from there and quick access to Bad Homburg, Offenbach, Wiesbaden and Mainz which makes the location perfect in Frankfurt, no matter where you work, Underground (S-Bahn and U-Bahn), busses, trams are all within short walking distance.
Long story short: You just can't live more central in Frankfurt. 7 minutes walking distance to Hauptwache for shopping including Rewe supermarket and many restaurants & shops.
Das WG-Leben bei uns ist entspannt und niemals langweilig ;-) Wir sind eine total relaxte und nette, junge WG - berufstätig in den 20ern und haben viel Spaß am Leben. Wir kochen ab und zu, trinken ein Glas Wein oder Bier nach der Arbeit zusammen. Am Wochenende gehen wir auch gerne mal feiern in Frankfurt. Einige der besten Bars und Clubs sind hier in unserem Kiez ;-)
Our flat is super chilled and never boring :-) We're in our early to late 20s, working in Frankfurt. We speak English, French and German in the apartment. After working we sometimes like to enjoy a glass of beer or wine together and go out at the weekend. Some of the coolest bars and clubs in Frankfurt are within walking distance.
Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten/Ausgaben inklusive Strom, Heizkosten, Wasser/Abwasser, Müllentsorgung, Internet. GEZ/Rundfunk ist nicht beinhaltet. Ein- und Auszug sind flexibel und die Kündigungsfrist ist kurz (1 Monat).
Wenn du denkst, dass du in unsere WG gut reinpassen würdest, melde dich einfach mit einer Email unter Angabe einer Telefonnummer und Einzugsdatum.
The monthly rent is all-in and does include charges such as electricity, heating, water, internet, garbage removal. TV license not included. The room is fully furnished and everything you need is there so you can move in and relax immediately :-) Moving in and out is flexible with only 1 month notice period.
