I am temporarily subletting a fully furnished, bright and quiet room for September.
The room is currently used as a guest room/office. It has a large bed (140), a vintage chest of drawers, a desk and a clothing rail. The wifi in the room is fast and perfect for teleworking. The two windows are facing the inner yard, so it's quiet. Rent is €720 all inclusive.
The two-story flat is 100m² and located on the 6/7 floor (with elevator), so it’s very bright and quiet. There is a spacious kitchen/living room with washing machine and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, another room with an electric piano and a balcony overlooking Kaiserstraße and the skyline.
The apartment is in the nicest corner of Bahnhofsviertel, on Kaiserstraße just off Willy Brandt Platz. In the immediate surroundings are U-Bahn, Hauptbahnhof, Main, city, Frankfurt theatre and opera as well as a great number of bars, restaurants and shops.
I am a 29-year old communications professional from Vienna. I love train travel, cooking, music and running. I normally live here with my girlfriend, who will be away on a small sabbatical.
In the flat, I would value an open and friendly atmosphere. I am working full time and appreciate a normal level of cleanliness.
I am fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and would appreciate it if you were too.
