A large room is rented, although the common rooms are of course also available. The room is very spacious and bright with a view of the main tower. It is furnished to a high standard and freshly renovated. It has a very nice parquet floor, high ceilings and white cassette doors. The room is fully furnished, but there is still space for your own things, if this is desired.
The apartment is very large (about 130 square meters) and offers everything your heart desires. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, there is a washing machine and dryer, the bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub, we have a balcony and the elevator goes into the apartment. It is a very handsome old building with a beautiful staircase. You are welcome to use the living room with the large 3D TV or make yourself comfortable in the kitchen. The common rooms are cleaned once a week.
The location is perfect, in the modern "Bahnhofsviertel"(train station district). It is located only one block away from the river Main and Willy Brandt Platz. The banking district can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
There are numerous restaurants, bars and cafés in the immediate vicinity as well as a supermarket. The train station is within walking distance. Both the underground and the tram run from Willy. Despite the central location, the apartment is quiet.
In our shared apartment live currently my son (9) and me (44, LH Pilot). My boyfriend (42) works in Iceland, he visits us from time to time on his days off. We have a warm, loving, sometimes vivid Family, but we are not fighting. We habe a peaceful home.
Our roommate (male or female) can feel at home and use all common rooms and invite guests.
My son and I leave on weekdays the apartment around 7: 30-8: 30h in the morning and come back sometimes in the afternoon/evening. We have been living in a shared apartment since 2014. The little one understands the importance of privacy and quiet very well.
The apartment is super suitable for working people and for shuttlers with children.
The costs include all utilities, ie normal utility costs, heating, cleaning of the common areas. Everything is included except the internet.
The apartment is fully equipped.
It can be rented monthly or for a longer period.
