Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet und kostet 430 Euro WARM - all incl.! Die Kaution beträgt 1000€.
Das Zimmer und generell die ganze Wohnung ist trotz zentraler Lage (direkt am Eurozeichen - Willy Brandt Platz)
super ruhig - egal ob Straßenlärm oder Nachbarn - man bekommt absolut nichts mit!

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Tegut, Rewe To Go, Internationale Supermärkte, DM, Rossmann, diverse Spätis, Restaurants und Bars

Jeder macht eigentlich sein eigenes Ding, ab und zu treffen wir uns mal in der Küche zum Trinken oder Chillen, dazu eignet sich unsere riesige Wohnküche nämlich perfekt! ;)
Unter der Woche läuft es hier aber generell ruhiger ab, da wir Berufstätig sind.
