Our flat is located in a partly selforganised student housing in the heart of Bockenheim. There is three other shared flats in the building and in total we are approx 20 inhabitants. We share the rooftop terasse, garden, washing/drying room, bycicle cellar and party room in the basement with the other flats.
We share/organise the cleaning/housekeeping duties for those spaces as well and taking part in those is a must.
Your future room itself features a big platform bed and a small balcony. Because of those features and the high ceilings it is very spacious and cozy.
Besides the room our flat features a big kitchen with all necessary kitchen machines, etc., two bathrooms and a lot of extra storage compartments.

Unsere WG befindet sich in einem teilweise selbständig organisierten Studentenwohnheim im Herzen Bockenheimer. Es gibt drei weitere WGs im Haus und insgesamt sind wir ca. 20 Bewohner:innen. Wir teilen uns die Dachterrasse, den Waschraum, den Garten, den Fahrradkeller und den Partykeller mit den anderen WGs und sind gemeinsam für das Putzen/In Schuss halten dieser Räumlichkeiten verantwortlich. Sich dabei einzubringen ist deswegen vorausgesetzt.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer verfügt über eine Hochbett-Plattform und einen kleinen Balkon. Deshalb, und auch wegen der sehr hohen Decken, wirkt das Zimmer groß und gemütlich.
Des weiteren verfügt unsere Wohnung über eine große, gut ausgestattete Küche, zwei Badezimmer und viel zusätzlichen Stauraum.
The metro Kirchplatz is in walking distance (2 min.), The regional station Westbahnhof, too (10 min.). You can reach Leipziger Straße and a handful of grocery stores by walking as well.
Die U-Bahnstation Kirchplatz ist 2 min. zu Fuß entfernt, der Westbahnhof ca. 10 min. Die Leipziger Straße und viele Supermärkte/Discounter sind fußläufig erreichbar.
You will share the flat with Kamila, Lou, Anna, Hao and Vallo. We have an active WG life and often meet in the kitchen for coffee/drinks, game nights, etc. In general we like to spend time together and are no "Zweck-WG". :)
Deine Mitbewohner:innen wären Kamila, Lou, Anna, Hao and Vallo. Wir haben ein aktives WG-Leben und treffen uns oft in der Küche um zusammen Kaffee oder anderes zu trinken, Spieleabende zu veranstalten, etc. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen und sind keine Zweck-WG. :)
