I will sublet a furnished room in the period of _june 14 - july 15_
The room itself is 11 square meters big and is fully equipped with bed, a wardrobe and a desk.
There is a big living room, with sofas, plenty of books and dvds.
As you may see on the pictures, times, when everything was just cheap and practical are over, so I prefer to decorate everything well-fitting to the entire concept and to take care of furniture and keep it clean and organised etc. You should also consider yourself as well-organized and willing to keep the apartment tidied up.
The kitchen is well-equipped as well, there also is a real espresso-machine and everything else you might need. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. Outside there is a shared garden.
The so-called "Kuhwaldsiedlung" is a very small and quiet neighbourhood which officially belongs to Bockenheim. It is located right behind the fair/exhibition centre and close to the growing "Europa-Viertel". Public parc and public pool (Rebstockbad) are very close, also some restaurants around.
No matter if you use public transport, if you go by bike or by car, the apartment is located very well and easy to get to.
Next public transport stations are
S-Bahn: Frankfurt West, 10mins walking, Frankfurt Messe (15mins walking), Leonardo-da-Vinci-Allee (7mins walking)
There are a few supermarkets around which are open till 10pm, walking distance around 7mins
By bike it will take you around 10-15mins to get to Frankfurt main station.
