Hi everyone,
The WG has been running for over 6 years and comprises of a nice large living room, winter garden, newly renovated bathroom, a guest toilet, basement washing and drying room, a storage room and a big kitchen.
The room is on the 3rd floor (shared with another bedroom, bathroom and a small storage room) and are roughly 16 square metres large.
The flat is located in a beautiful and peaceful area of Bockenheim, with Bockenheimer Warte, Leipziger straße (shopping and restaurant strip) and Goethe University (campus west) only a 5 minute walk away. The Grünerburgpark can also be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
For car owners, there is ample parking on the street in front of the flat and the A66 and A661 is immediately accessible without having to deal with traffic jams!
For public transport, the U4, 6 & 7 are all leaving from Bockehimer Warte and will have you at either the Hauptbahnhof or Hauptwache within 2-3 stops. Tram 16 and various bus lines are also accessible from Bockenheimer Warte.
The location is very peacful, you can sleep with your window open and not be bothered by noise from traffic, and being situated right next to the Palmengarten you can normally hear the birds singing!
We are an international flat comprising of Michael (German), Gui (Portuguese) and Hannah (Northern Irish) and we are looking for some flatmates who are willing to join us for a relaxed beer in the evenings and the occasional netflix binge-sesh.

The room can come completely furnished if desired. A wardrobe, bed, bedside table, desk and chest of drawers will be available for a small fee (we can discuss it in person). If you don't want the furniture that is also no problem, I just need some advanced warning so I can sell it on Ebay Kleinanzeigen.
