Ich suche einen Mitbewohner in meiner neuen Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete vom 1.10.2018-01.01.2019.
Dir wird ein ca. 13qm Zimmer gehören, Küche & Bad wird geteilt. Ein Bett, Nachtschrank und ein Kleiderschrank sind in der Miete inbegriffen. Internet und sonstige Nebenkosten sind alle in den 500€ mtl. inbegriffen.
Vielleicht könnte ich dir sogar einen kleinen TV ins Zimmer stellen.
Die WG ist frisch saniert und befindet sich zentral in Bockenheim, 5 min Fußweg zu dem SBahn-Bahnhof Frankfurt West und zum UBahn-Bahnhof Kirchplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Da ich selber noch nicht darin wohne kann ich nicht viel mehr sagen, außer dass ich sie sehr schön und gemütlich finde.
Zu mir: ich bin Alex, 23 Jahre alt und bin bald fertig mit meiner Ausbildung. Ich bin ein lustiger Zeitgenosse, der aber wie jeder andere auch hin und wieder seine Ruhe braucht.
Ich stelle mir einen netten, unkomplizierten Mitbewohner vor, so wie ich es auch bin! Das wars schon :)
