Wir suchen eine Nachmieterin für unsere Dreier-WG, mitten im schönen Bockenheim.
Zur Leipzigerstr. muss man nur einmal um die Ecke gehen und - die Wohnung und das Zimmer sind trotzdem ruhig und hell:
Ein großes Fenster ist nordwärts ausgerichtet, d.h. direkte Sonne kriegt man keine ab, was sich im Sommer als Vorteil erwiesen hat :P
Bett, Sofa, Sessel und IKEA-Regale steht alles schon zum Einzug und Bewohnen bereit. Zwei geräumige Einbauschränke bieten weiteren Platz..
We are looking for a new roomie in our three-room flats, in the center of Bockenheim.
Although Leipzigerstr. With all its attractions is only a jump away, Wurmbachstr. is a peaceful spot;
You will not be bothered by traffic noise in the apartment or your room. A big window is facing north,offering natural brightness throughout the day, no direct sunlight - which proved to be an advantage in summer :P
There is a bed, a couch, an armchair, a built-in wardrobe and an IKEA shelf already waiting for your things to move in.
Unsere WG ist einer Parallelstraße der Leipziger Straße gelegen (allerlei Supermärkte und Imbisse sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen), und perfekt angebunden:
Die U-Leipzigerstraße ist in 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Unicampus Bockenheim ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Unicampus Westend in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, Hauptwache und Hauptbahnhof in 10 Minuten mit der U-Bahn...
Was will man mehr? ;)
In a road running parallel to Leipziger Straße (where you'll find heaps of supermarkets and takeaways of all kinds), U-Leipziger Straße is a minute or two from the doorstep. Uni campus Westend can be reached within 10 minutes by bike. And you’ll be at Hauptwache and Frankfurt Central Station in 10 minutes by train.
What else could you wish for? ;)
Du wirst mit Jonas (33) und Nina (28) zusammenwohnen. Wir sind mit Beruf und Studium meist gut beschäftigt und öfters unterwegs. Wir haben kein super lebendiges WG-Leben, aber gelegentlich mal was zusammen kochen oder ausgedehnt frühstücken kann schon mal vorkommen ;)
Wenn dir der Sinn nicht so danach steht, ist das aber auch kein Problem.
You'll share the flat with Jonas (33) and Nina (28). We are both busy with work/studies, and are mostly on the run during the week. Occasionally we cook together though, and an extended breakfast happens here and there. Everyone is always invited to join, but we absolutely respect when there’s not the mood for it.
In den Nebenkosten ist Strom, Internet, Rundfunkbeitrag und eine Hausratversicherung enthalten.
