I leave my nice 16m2 room in a flatshare located in Bockenheim, close to the metro station.
The flat and the room are fully furnished with everything you need.
The following rooms and facilities function are shared space:
- kitchen (dishwasher, tableware etc.)
- bathroom (washing machine, shower)
- corridor (table and chairs)
The monthly rent is 670€ per month and includes: utilities, royalty of facilities and furniture, charges for a cleaning service once a week.

7mn walking to Bockenheimer Warte stop (U-bahn)
5mn walking to Varrentrappstraße stop (Tram)
10mn walking to Frankfurt Am Main West (S-bahn)

Hauptwache: 8mn in U-bahn
The flat is very central, close to Liepziger Str. full of different shops (backers, Apotheke, Zalando, Tigers). A big Rewe is 7mn walking distance.
Downstairs you have a great pastry, shusi restaurant, pizzeria, and a very nice Mexican Restaurant!
2 other girls and 1 boy are currently sharing the flat with me.
It's an English & German spoken place ;)
We are all young professionals, it is pretty quiet during the week but it is definitely a place where you can have fun ;)
We do like to share moments together and also appreciate to have our own space, freedom of doing things on our terms as long as it respects anyone else's freedom!
