Wir suchen eine Mitbewohnerin für unsere Dreier-WG, mitten im schönen Bockenheim. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und hell. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Hochbett, Sofa, Kleiderständer und IKEA-Regal. Die Miete beträgt 310€/Monat Inclusive Nebenkosten (Storm, Wasser, Internet, Rundfunkbeitrag).
Das ist Fenster zum grünen Innenhof gerichtet, was das Zimmer besonders ruhig macht.
We are looking for a new roomie in our three-room flatshare, right in Bockenheim. The Room is cozy and quiet. The room is furnished with a loft bed, sofa, clothes rack and Ikea Shelf.
Die WG befindet sich in einer Parallelstraße der Leipziger Straße, in der allerlei Supermärkte und Imbisse zu finden sind. Die U-Bahnhaltestelle ist in 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Unicampus Westend in 10 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad und die Station Hauptwache und Hauptbahnhof in 10 Minuten mit der U-Bahn.
Was will man mehr?
In a road running parallel to Leipziger Straße (where you'll find heaps of supermarkets and takeaways of all kinds), U-Bahn station Leipziger Straße can be reached within a minute or two from the doorstep, uni campus Westend within 10 minutes by bike, and just 10 minutes to Hauptwache and the Central Station by U-Bahn.

Die Mitbewohner sind Jonas und Gérard. Wir sind beide berufstätig, Jonas arbeitet in einer Boulderhalle und Gérard absolviert ein Praktikum in einer Bank. Wir legen Wert auf ein entspanntes WG-Leben, mit gemeinsamen Aktivitäten, aber auch der Möglichkeit sich zurückzuziehen.
You will share the flat with Jonas and Gérard. We are both working, Jonas works in a bouldering gym and Gérard is completing an internship in a Bank. We are looking for someone who is open to joint activities, but who also respects when someone wants to withdraw after a working day.
We both speak English pretty well, Gérard also speaks Spanish.
