- It is a 3 bedroom apartment, with two balconies. 2 rooms are used for private bedroom and the 3rd room is used as common/ living room.
- The room is available from 1st of July.
- The room to be rented has its own small balcony with partial Frankfurt Skyline view. The furniture can be taken over by the previous renter, but it is entirely optional.
- Kitchen is a bit old, but it has already been agreed upon with the landlord that it will be renovated. Just the timing needs to be determined. The kitchen also have a washing machine.
- 3rd room is the living room. It has a overlooking view to the Niddapark and Taunus. It is very nice in summer months.
The perfect location in Bockenheim.
- It is next to the Niddapark
- Tram 16 can be reached in 3-5 minutes
- Bus 34 stop can be reached in 2 minutes
- Kirschplatz U-bahn where u6 and u7 goes is within 5 minutes walk
- Penny supermarket is just downstairs, which makes the life very practical
- There is a gym (Sportfabrik) in 2 minutes
- Liepziger straße is within 7 minutes walk
