I am renting now the all 2 rooms flat from the owner together with my friend. She moved. I am looking for the person to share the apartment for the long term, min 1 year. Contract will be without end date. So we will be renting with you the all apartment. Total size of the flat 43m, 2 rooms, rooms are separated, room 12m. 1st floor (german system, not a basement), stairs, windows to the yard, no balcony, bike parking in yard, storage.
Contract will be from September 2021, but you can move earlier if you need.
3 min walking to S. Frankfurt West, 3 min walking to U.Kirchplatz,
Penny, Aldi, Rewe, Lidl are in the walking distance near by,
20/30 min walking to the city centre.
I am 34 years old, speak Russian, English and a bit German. I am quiet and calm, like having conversations on all topics. Looking for easy going person that we have a comfortable life with. I am not a vegetarian, but vegans are also welcomed.
Utility costs include: heating, water, electricity.
Other costs - Internet with spead 250 mb/s.
Additional - half price of the washing machine. My friend will leave new washing machine which we bought together in the apartment.
P.S. the room will be without any furniture, so you will have a chance to design it according to your taste.
