Zwischenmiete in 2er-WG (Berufstätige/Praktikanten) / Bockenheimer Warte

Die Wohnung liegt an der Bockenheimer Warte. Direkt vor der Haustür fahren die U4, 6 und 7, die Straßenbahnlinie 16 sowie diverse Bus- und Nachtbuslinien. Der Wetbahnhof ist in unter 10 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Die Autobahn ist in zwei Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock (ohne Aufzug). Leider hat die Wohnung keinen Balkon, aber sehr helle Räume, einen schönen Platz mit Cafés unten und den Palmengarten sowie den Grüneburgpark in ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Mit einem Bewohnerparkausweis lässt sich auch sehr gut ein Parkplatz in der Straße finden.
Direkt gegenüber ist ein REWE sowie im 100m Umkreis zahlreiche weitere Supermärkte, Geschäfte aller Art und Restaurants in der Leipziger Straße.

Ich würde mich über eine nette Mitbewohnerin freuen, die auch berufstätig ist bzw. ein Praktikum macht. Mal zusammen kochen und essen finde ich schön, das muss aber nicht ständig der Fall sein, denn ich bin auch eine Person, die eher ruhig ist und Zeit für sich braucht. Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind mir sehr wichtig. Ich bin Vegetarierin und versuche mich gerade auf dem Weg zu einem veganen Lifestyle. Nachhaltigkeit und Tierschutz liegen mir am Herzen. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Yoga (mit Mady Morrison hihi), ab und zu gehe ich laufen und bouldern. Ansonsten habe ich eine große Leidenschaft für's Reisen, andere Kulturen und Sprachen. Ganz besonders schlägt mein Herz für Lateinamerika, da ich fast ein Jahr in Mexiko und ein halbes Jahr in Peru gelebt habe. Multikulti finde ich toll und liebe den interkulturellen Austausch. Feiern in Clubs ist nicht mehr so meins, eher ein Weinchen/Bierchen mal im Park/am Main .

Hello, my name is Michelle and I am looking for a subtenant for the time of my sabbatical from 01.10.22 - 31.03.23 for my furnished room in a 2-person shared apartment.

The 3-room apartment has a total of 70sqm. The room is about 14 sqm. Living room, bathroom and kitchen (including dishwasher) are shared. The apartment is fully and modernly equipped.

The apartment would cost you insegsamt 602€. This already includes the cost of electricity, internet / telephone, GEZ and a distance for furniture and electrical appliances.

Proof of income is required for renting.

The apartment is centrally located at the Bockenheimer Warte. Directly in front of the apartment are the U4, 6 and 7, the tramline 16 and various bus and night bus lines. The Westbahnhof is less than a 10-minute walk away. The highway can be reached in two minutes by car. The apartment is located on the fourth floor (without elevator). Unfortunately, the apartment has no balcony, but very bright rooms, a nice square with cafes downstairs and the palm garden and a parc a few minutes walk away. With a resident parking permit, it is also very easy to find a parking space in the street.
Directly opposite is a REWE as well as in the 100m radius numerous other supermarkets, stores of all kinds and restaurants in the Leipziger Straße.

I would be happy to have a nice roommate who is also working or doing an internship. I like to cook and eat together, but this doesn't have to be the case all the time, because I am also a person who is rather quiet and needs time for herself. Order and cleanliness are very important to me. I am a vegetarian and am currently trying my hand at a vegan lifestyle. Sustainability and animal welfare are close to my heart. In my free time I like to do yoga (with Mady Morrison hihi), occasionally I go running and bouldering. Apart from that I have a great passion for traveling, other cultures and languages. Especially my heart beats for Latin America, because I lived almost one year in Mexico and half a year in Peru. I think multiculturalism is great and I love intercultural exchange. Partying in clubs is no longer my thing, rather a little wine/beer in the park/on the Main.
