Hello beautiful people, I am renting out a partially furnished room in an amazing flat in the middle of Bornheim / Ostend.
The flat is ci. 75 sqm, it has a big living room with a view on the ECB and Skyline, a spacious kitchen, a large bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. There is also a pretty big private terrace ideal for barbeque, parties, sunbathing, etc.
The location is great as well: 5 min by foot to U7, 10 min to U4/U5 and Bergerstraße with all the shops, bars and restaurants, 10 min away from Ostpark, 20 min to the ECB and 25 min to the city center. Nearby there is also a swimming pool, multiple gyms, Eissporthalle and frankly pretty much everything you might need.
My room is ci. 17 sqm and yours is ci. 14 sqm. At the moment, your room is equipped with a sofa bed, a table with a chair and a bookcase. You can either keep this furniture or buy your own.
You will be living with me: I am a young professional working in a financial services industry. I usually work regular hours (till around 18h00) and after work I enjoy spending time with friends and doing things I like. In particular, I am very much into arts, painting, alternative culture, indie music and festivals, museums and exhibitions, literature, cinematography. I am cheerful, like to have a good laugh, I also like travelling, doing sports (swimming, jogging), playing the guitar, going out with friends and discovering new things.
