19qm WG Zimmer in schöner Bornheimer WG - 19m² room in 3-people flat of beautiful Bornheim

Die WG ist im schönen Bornheim ca. 8 Gehminuten entfernt von der Berger-Straße auf Höhe der Ubahn Station Bornheim Mitte. Wer Frankfurt nicht kennt, sollte wissen, dass die Berger gemeinhin als netteste Einkaufstraße Frankfurts gehandelt wird: mit vielen Cafes, Restaurants, traditionellen Apfelweinkneipen im nördlichen Teil und wenig Verkehr.

Einkaufen kann man auf der Berger gut bei Rewe, Aldi, Tegut und Denn's Bio - alles in 10 Minuten Gehentfernung. Mittwochs und Samstag ist zudem Markt.

3 Minuten vor der Haustür ist eine Tramstation der Linie 14 und in östlicher Richtung ist der Frankfurter Ostpark.

The flat is located in beautiful Bornheim and about 8 minutes walking distance away from Berger Straße - subway station Bornheim Mitte. If you are not from Frankfurt you should now that Berger Straße is a popular small shopping street with lots of cafes, restaurants, traditional apple wine pubs and little traffic.

On Berger Straße there is also good grocery shopping options such as Rewe, Aldi, Tegut and Deen's Bio. Also on Wednesdays and Saturdays we have a grocery market on Berger Straße. That is all in 10 minutes walking distance.

Finally there is also a tram station (line 14) just 3 minutes from our doorstep and in eastern dirction we have Frankfurt's Ostpark.

In der WG sind wir zu dritt. Da ein Zimmer frei wird, werden nur noch Pavlos aus Griechenland und ich da sein. Pavlos arbeitet als Kältetechniker und ich als Volkswirt im Finanzsektor - zuvor habe ich hier in Göttingen und Frankfurt studiert.

Wir kochen gern ab und zu gemeinsam, schauen Filme und chillen auf dem Balkon. Wir sind alle entspannte Personen und je nach dem ob wir uns gut verstehen und wie viel Zeit wir alle haben, können wir gerne zusammen etwas unternehmen oder auch nicht, wenn es gerade nicht klappt.

Wir haben einen einfachen Putzplan, bei dem alle Mitbewohner abwechselnd ein Wochenende dran sind und kaufen manche Lebensmittel/Reinigunsmittel gemeinsam ein, die wir am Ende des Monats umlegen.

So in our flat we are three people. Since one of us is moving out, mostly Pavlos and I will be around. Pavlos is working as a technician and I as as an economist in the financial sector. Beforehand I studied in Frankfurt and Göttingen.

We sometimes cook together, watch movies and hang out on the balcony. We are all pretty relaxed personalities and occasionally are hang out all together which we are looking to continue with you as a potential new flatmate.

We have a simple cleaning schedule where everyone is in charge of cleaning the kitchen, bathroom and hallway once every three weeks. We usually buy some groceries and flat items for the whole flat together and then divide up the expenses at the end of the month. Partaking in that, of course, is optional.
