Ich ziehe nach Berlin wegen eines Studienplatzes.
Dass Zimmer hat 12qm mit zwei Fenster, davon ein Dach Fenster. Es kommt Tags über viel Licht. Ich habe den laminat Boden selber eingelegt vor 1/2 Jahr. Ich habe auch die Fenster Bank eingebaut (mit Hilfe von einem Schreiner) vor 1/2 Jahr und es bringt viel mehr Balance ins Zimmer, vor aller Ding kann man Möbel besser orientieren.
Die U4 Bornheim Mitte Haltestelle ist ca 30m vor der Tür. Alles was Mann brauch (Rewe, Aldi, Gym, Bank, Restaurant, Café, etc) ist 100m entfernt. Es gibt kaum eine praktischere Wohnlage. Mittwochs und samstags ist der Markt vor der Tür also kann Mann immer frisch einkaufen. Die Berger Straße ist wunderschön und hat alles dass Mann brauch.
Deine anderen Mitbewohner sind
Bernd (Haubtmieter) wohnt schon mehrere Jahre here und ist sehr offen und extreme entspannt. Er ist Musiker und ist nicht so oft dar.
Aileen ist Studentin (international Business) und ist auch sehr offen und großzügig, mit viel Humor.
Die Wohnung ist sehr groß mit einem großem Bad, großer Küche und Wohnzimmer.
