My flatmate Marta is leaving, which gives YOU the opportunity to move into her beautiful 15-16 sqm room which is part of our 80 sqm three bedroom apartment. The room is FURNISHED. Being in the heart of Bornheim it can sometimes be a little noisy but with closed windows there is no hindrance to a good night's sleep. There is a little shower bath and a separate toilet, the kitchen is fully equipped (incl. dish washer and washing machine). We also have a vacuum cleaner.
There is a bicycle shed in the courtyard.
The apartment is situated directly at the so called Fünf-Finger-Platz on Berger Str. in Bornheim. A two minute walk takes you to the U-Bahn station Bornheim Mitte. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc. are VERY close. Günthersburgpark is 400m away. Finding a parking place can prove a challenge.
Well first of all, I am Mark 37, part time official and a student. I have lived in the apartment for four years now and a few people have come and gone most of whom I am still good friends with. I am open to social activities now and then, cooking together or going to the movies; generally though I like to come home and close the door behind me. ;) The most annoying thing about me is my habit of singing, which I practice mostly under the shower.
Since my other flatmate Clara is leaving also end of August, on 1 Sept Özge is moving in, 26 from Istanbul, who will be working in Frankfurt and doing her Master's degree in international business administration. From my first impression she is a cool and relaxed person. :)
Ideally you have an international background, are open minded, tolerant, old enough to have realized that you don't have shit figured out and confident speaking about your masturbation techniques. Also you should not be opposed to the music of Justin Bieber.
Yes there is a cleaning plan but I am not militant about it.
