Hi,
I'm visiting home for a little over three weeks and would like to sublet my room while I'm gone. The room is only available from July 2nd-July 26th. The room is a decent size, it has two windows and is bright, and it's in an old building. Of course, you would be able to use the kitchen and the bathroom while you're here. In the basement we have a washing machine, so you don't have to go to the laundromat. If you DO want to go to the laundromat, there's one just up the street. Two other women living here who speak German and English. They are both finishing up there university studies this year and are kind, and quiet. The apartment is located in Bornheim. It doesn't take long (about 5-8 minutes) to walk to the Seckbacher Landstraße station where you can catch the U4. There's an Aldi nearby and the Günthersburgpark is only about a ten minute walk away.
Please contact me with a little about yourself when you're interested.
Best,
Jackie
The apartment is about a 6 minute walk from the Seckbacher Landstraße station where you can catch a couple of buses and the U4. It doesn't take long to get into the city center. There are a couple of parks nearby, which is great for the month of July. If you don't want to take public transport, you can walk to Bornheim Mitte in about ten minutes and go shopping or check out the restaurants/bars/cafes.
The women who live here are very nice. You aren't expected to spend a lot of time with each other, we just say hi and ask how one another are when we're in the kitchen together. We all clean up after ourselves and there aren't any parties here. It's a nice place to be.
This is only a short term rental. The room is only available from July 2nd-July 26th.
I can empty a couple of drawers and make some space on the clothes rack for your belongings.
There is a washing machine in the basement and a drying rack in the apartment that you can use.
