The apartment has 2 rooms, 1 kitchen, 1 shared bathroom and a big Balcony. The building is newly refurbished and apartment is completely new. The room will come without furniture but some of the furniture can be used (open to discussion)

Located on the beautiful Bergerstrasse.
Bornheim mitte U bahn, bus and tram station are only 2-4 minutes away on foot. You will find rewe, Aldi, biomarkt and tegut all within 5-10 minute distance. There are also many cafes, restaurants and bars in the area. Fit 7.11 And Prime Time fitness gyms are also 5 minute walking distance. There are also 2 kiosks near the building so you can easily collect or deliver parcels which is really hepful.
There is also the Gunthersburg park right behind the building great for running or chilling during summer time
You will be sharing the flat me with as my current flatmate will move out by end of June. I am 26 and work as a consultant so I am normally not home from Monday to Thursday. I am learning German so happy to speak in English or German. I like to socialize and sometimes cook or do things together but also appreciate my private space. :) I am quite flexible but it is important that the common areas remain clean and tidy.
