Hi, offered is a furnished room in a good location. The rental period is negotiable.
The furniture is almost new. The citchen is fully equipped (dish washer, washing machine, espresso machine etc.). In the cellar there is a bike space. There is a free, rentet parking place for cars. Electricity, water and heat consumption included. Free WiFi.
Enter the building via Berger Straße, one of the most popular streets in Frankfurt. There are a lot of bars, restaurants, gyms, supermarkets etc around - . 5min away is a market twice a week and there is the günthersburg Park for running or relaxing.
Right now Macarena and I (Florian) share the flat, because Patrick had to move back to Scottland due to closing of the borders (corona). Macarena is from Peru and works in a social instituion. I am from this very city and work as a lawyer. We like to meet people from all around the world and if you feel like it we can have a chat or a drink once in a while.
