Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist hell und mit ca 24qm das größte Zimmer der Wg. Ruhig ist es auch, da das Fenster zum Hof rausgeht. Im Hof selbst gibt es Platz für Fahrräder und da das Hoftor eigentlich immer zu ist, muss man sich ums Bike auch keine Sorgen machen.
Ansonsten sind wir rundum ausgestattet, wir haben eine große Küche mit Herd, Wasserkocher, Toaster, 2 Kühlschränken sowie eine Waschmaschine im Bad.

Your room to be is with 24 square meters the biggest room of the flat and bright as well. The window is facing the backyard, so it's pretty quiet in here. In the backyard there is space for bikes. It's safe too, since the courtyard gate is always closed. The flat itself should have everything you need: laundry machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, 2 fridges, stove, toaster...

Die Wohnung liegt auf der wunderschönen Berger Straße und ist 30 Meter von der U-Bahn-/ Straßenbahn-/ Busstation Bornheim Mitte entfernt.
An der Konstablerwache ist man in 3 Stationen, am Hauptbahnhof in 6.
Vor der Tür ist ein Denn's Biomarkt sowie ein Biometzger, in der näheren Umgebung gibt es sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

The flat is located in Berger Straße, 30 meters from the subway station Bornheim Mitte. It's 3 stops to Konstablerwache and 6 stops the central station.
There's a Denn's Supermarket right in the street and a lot more shops around, just as the nicest Rewe I've ever seen. Cool, huh?
In der WG wohnen Amos (27, Kreativer Allrounder, studiert Industriedesign) und Alice (27, Entwicklungsmanagerin bei der GIZ). Beide sind super freundlich, offen und sportlich. Sie nehmen dich gern mit zum Bouldern, Radfahren oder in den nahe gelegenen Günthersburgpark.
Amos wird erst Anfang Oktober wiederkommen, Alice Ende September, du bist also weitgehendsten alleine den Monat in der Wohnung, perfekt zum arbeiten oder einfach mal abschalten zu können.

Your roommates will be Amos (27, creative allrounder, studying industrial design) and Alice (27, developmanager at GIZ). Both are very friendly, open and sporty. They will take you bouldering, cycling or to the pretty Park nearby if you want.
Amos won’t be there in September, Alice only for the last week of September. You will be alone most of the time, perfect for home office!
