On offer is a 17.5 m2 room in a fully furnished and spacious ca. 85 m2 maisonette apartment.
Your room is freshly renovated, light and airy and has direct access to the sunny balcony as well as two other big windows. The room has a bed (140x200 cm), wardrobe, bookcase, desk, desk lamp and office chair. Light fittings and blinds are also provided.
THE APARTMENT
The apartment is spread over two levels - upstairs there is a large open kitchen / living area; the three bedrooms and bathroom are all downstairs. The upstairs living area is ideal for socialising/cooking together.
The modern in-built kitchen is fully equipped (crockery, cutlery, utensils, cups, pots etc) and includes a large fridge, separate freezer, induction hobs, oven, extraction hood, dishwasher and microwave. A large dining table and chairs are provided. The living area has comfy sofas and a coffee table.
The renovated bathroom is tiled and has a large shower, toilet, and a new washing machine and separate dryer.
The apartment has many other cool features, which are best seen at a viewing.

The house is set back from the road, in a very central yet quiet location in Dornbusch.

Utilities (Nebenkosten) includes heating, water, rubbish etc.
The following information will be required from successful applicants:
- Copy of your identity card (Personalausweis) or passport
- Evidence you are enrolled at university in Frankfurt (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung)
- Parental guarantee and evidence of income (Elternbürgschaft & Einkommensnachweis der Eltern)
- Evidence you have liability insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung)
Each room is rented separately; you will have your own contract with the landlord.
