Geräumiges Zimmer in gemütlicher Wohnung mit großem Wohn- und Esszimmer. Im Wohnzimmer steht für alle Mitbewohner zugänglich ein Fernsehr. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss des Hauses und besitzt dementsprechend die eine oder andere Dachschräge. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert, der Schrank und Schreibtisch kann bei Interesse aber kostenlos übernommen werden.
Spacious room in cozy flat with big living room that includes a TV that is available for everyone and a bathroom with a big bathtub. The flat is on the top floor of the house and contains therefore a few roof pitches. There is no furniture in the room but I can leave you a wardrobe, desk, and/or bed.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Frankfurt Dornbusch. Uni und Innenstadt sind in ungefähr 15 Minuten mit dem Rad zu erreichen. 4 Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich die Haltestelle Fritz-Tarnow-Straße. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Nahkauf und der Sinaipark. Ein sehr großer Rewe und ein dm sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten mit dem Rad zu erreichen.
The flat is located in the area of Dornbusch. University and the inner city are about 15 minutes away by bike. You can reach the metro stations Fritz-Tarnow-Straße or Hügelstrasse in just a few minutes by foot. Directly opposite are a supermarket and the Sinaipark. A huge Rewe and a DM are also located close by and can be reached in just a few minutes by bike.
Das Miteinander ist sehr nett, aber da alle von uns arbeiten, eher auf die einzelnen Gespräche in der Küche oder im Wohnzimmer begrenzt. Wenn du also einfach in Ruhe deinem Business nachgehen willst, bist du hier genau richtig.
Since everyone's busy with work, individual conversations in the common parts of the flat are somewhat limited but not unwelcome! If you are looking for a relaxed living situation you are absolutely right here.

We have no specific requirement to become a flatmate in this apartment. We only need to your commitment to a relaxed attitude and providing rent and extra costs at the appropriate times.
