ich ziehe mit meinem Freund in eine neue Wohnung, deshalb suche ich einen/-eine neue Mitbewhoner /-in für mein Zimmer. Meine Mitbewohnern sind Studenten von der Uni.
Du könntest das Zimmer bis zum März. 2021 mieten, oder ab 1. Dezember.2020 als Nachmieter nach Absprechen werden. Die Zeit ist flexible.
Für zwischen Miete bezahlen Sie entweder einmal die Miete für die bleibende Zeit , oder monatlich aber mit die Kaution 1000 euro.
Das Zimmer ist mobiliert, inklusive 150 CM Bett mit Matratze, ein Kleiderschrank (groß!!), einer Kommode, ein Schreibtisch und ein Stuhl. Die Möbel sind alle weiß. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Studenten oder Arbeitende.
Naturlich können Sie Yoga oder Fitness im Zimmer treiben und sich immer zu Hause erholen. Es ist ruhig und sauber.
Es ist auch super, weil eine Waschmachine und eine Geschirrspülmachine in der Wohnung inklusive sind.

I would like to move out of this current place and will live with my friend. The two roommates are all nice and friendly people from Germany. Both of them are students at the university.
The room is big enough. You can choose to live here for a short term or an unlimited time period for the room, but it would be appreciated that you could tell me the decision before. The time is flexible for rent.
The existing furniture includes a 150cm bed with a matress, a big closet, a big shelf, a big working table and a chair. They are all in white color.
It is also possible to not take some of them but it would be appreciated to take all of them because I do not want to take them away with me.
You can do fitness or Yoga in the room even dancing. (Just a joke) Anyway, the room is ideal for you to spend your own time.
It is amazing because we have a washing machine and a dishwasher but you do not need to pay anything for the kitchen.

Man kann mit den U-Bahn 1, 2, 3, 8 oder Bus 64 und 34 zur Uni und in die Innenstadt fahren.
Ein großer REWE Supermarkt erreichen Sie in 7 Minuten zu Fuß.
Penny und Rossman in 5 Minuten
Fitness Studio in 3 Minuten
Domino Pizza, Kebab
Verschiedene Ärzte sind auch in der Nähe.

This is a nice place for working and studying because it is quiet and the two flatmates are communicable.
The move-out date could be flexible but as early as possible would be appreciated.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

The rent includes everything and the landlord is nice to communicate with them.
