16qm Zimmer in 3er-WG-Neugründung frei; 500€ warm

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, da die U-Bahnstation Weißer Stein direkt vor der Haustür ist. Hier fahren die Linien U1,2,3,8 innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten zur Innenstadt. Ein REWE ist in vier Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch Geschäfte wie Banken, Bäckerei, Apotheke und Zeitungsgeschäft befinden sich direkt vor Ort. Ungefähr zehn Minuten fußläufig von der Wohnung befindet sich die Nidda und umliegende Parks für entspannende Spaziergänge in der Natur.

The apartment's location is perfect as the train station Weißer Stein is just in front of the house. The train lines U1,2,3,8 take 10-15 minutes to get you down town. The supermarket is only four minutes by feet away and other shops like banks, pharmacy, bakery or kiosk are also super close by. For a relaxing time in the nature one can reach the river Nidda and the parks around it in less than a ten minutes walk.

Mein Name ist Nina, ich bin 22 Jahre alt und studiere im vierten Semester Grundschullehramt an der Goethe-Universität sowie das Nebenfach Musik an der Hochschule für Musik und darstellende Künste. Ich ziehe zum 1.2. in die Wohnung und suche nach netten Mitbewohner*innen, da ich keine Zweck-WG wünsche. Außer diesem Zimmer ist noch ein weiteres in dieser Wohnung frei. Mir ist es wichtig, dass klare Regelungen für das Putzen etc. aufgestellt werden, dass jede*r seinem Alltag nachgehen kann und man aber trotzdem abends mal zusammen etwas kocht oder trinkt und sich von der Woche erzählen kann :) Da ich Musik studiere solltest du es aushalten können, dass ich auch üben muss, aber keine Sorge das tu ich viel seltener als ich sollte ;)

My name is Nina, I'm 22 years old and I'm in my fourth semester studying to be a primary school teacher at Goethe University. I also study a minor in music at the University of Music and Performing Arts. On the 1.2. I’m moving into the apartment. I’m looking for nice, open minded roommates as I want everyone to get along with each other very well. There is a second room free for which I’m also looking for a roommate. It's important to me that there are clear rules for cleaning, etc., that everyone can go about their daily lives and that you can still cook together or have a drink sometimes while talking about the week or what so ever :) Since I'm studying music, you should stand the fact that I have to practice too, but don't worry I do it a lot less than I should ;)
