Das ca. 22qm große Zimmer ist durch die Ausstattung mit den zwei Fenstern mit ausreichend Licht ausgestattet und bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die grüne Landschaft Fechenheims. Auf dem Bild sind noch keine Möbel vorhanden, aber bis zum 01. Oktober wirst du auf jeden Fall ein Bett, Schreibtisch und Schrank zur Verfügung haben.
Lage:
Die WG liegt in einer schönen Altbausiedlung in Frankfurt - Fechenheim, direkt am Mainufer und hat eine Bushaltestelle nach Frankfurt/Offenbach direkt vor der Haustüre. Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten OG/Dachgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses und hat sogar einen kleinen Garten zu unserer freien Verfügung. Das Mainufer und somit die Stadtgrenze Offenbach ist in ca 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, kleine Läden, Dönerbuden etc. ebenfalls.
Zum WG - Leben:
Diese Wohnung befindet sich noch in der Neugründung, weshalb ein weiteres Zimmer (12qm) ebenfalls frei ist und einen neuen Untermieter sucht!Du wirst mit Mojtaba (27) zusammenwohnen und einem uns selber noch unbekannte/n Untermieter/in, welche/r aber definitiv auch sehr sympathisch sein wird! Ich werde zu nach meinem Auslandssemester mit Mojtaba in das große Zimmer einziehen, weshalb dieses nur zur befristet vermietet wird.
Mojtaba ist Mechatroniker für Kälte- und Klimatechnik und handwerklich seeeehr begabt! Außerdem kocht er für sein Leben gerne und wird dich vermutlich ständig mit afghanischem Essen versorgen.
Falls du Interesse hast, dann schreibe uns doch eine kurze Nachricht. Gerne kann auch ein Paar in das Zimmer einziehen!

The approximately 22 sqm room is well-lit thanks to the two windows and offers a beautiful view of the green landscape of Fechenheim. There are no furniture in the picture yet, but by October 1st, you will definitely have a bed, desk, and wardrobe available.
**Location:**
The shared apartment is located in a charming old building settlement in Frankfurt - Fechenheim, right on the banks of the Main River, and has a bus stop to Frankfurt/Offenbach right in front of the door. The apartment is on the third floor/attic of a multi-family house and even has a small garden for our use. The Main River, and thus the city limits of Offenbach, can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. There are also shopping opportunities, small stores, and kebab shops nearby.
**About the Shared Apartment:**
This apartment is still in the process of being established, which is why another room (12 sqm) is also available and looking for a new subtenant! You will be living with Mojtaba (27)
Mojtaba is a refrigeration and air conditioning mechatronics technician and very skilled in craftsmanship! Additionally, he loves cooking and will probably constantly treat you to Afghan cuisine.
