Zusatzinfo: Kaution in bar bei Einzug oder vorab für feste Buchung als Überweisung € 1300,00, Belegung der Zimmer nach Absprache und Kostenklärung vorab mit mehreren Personen möglich (pro Person + € 250,00), 2tes Bett kann gestellt werden. Größe der Zimmer verschieden.
Reinigungsservice bei starker Verschmutzung gegen Aufpreis + € 350,00, alle Zimmer sind super sauber, super ordentlich.

Miete als Langzeitmiete:
€ 480,00 warm pro Monat pro Person ( Mindestaufenthalt = 1 Monat ) – incl. Kosten der Zentralheizung und Warmwasser, Vergütung für Überlassung von Möbeln, Kühlschrankbenutzung, Wassergeld, Entwässerungsgebühren, Müllabfuhr, Kaminfegergebühren, Haus- und Wohnungs- bzw. Zimmerreinigung, Treppenhausbeleuchtung, Antennengebühr, Stellen und Waschen der Bettwäsche, Kochstrom und Beleuchtung.
Entspricht einer Monatsmiete von pauschal € 480,00.
Miete ist zahlbar spätestens am 01. eines jeden Monats vorab im Voraus.

Kürzere Vermietung nur auf Verhandlungsbasis.

Buchung:
Als verbindlich gebucht gilt erst, wenn ein Zimmer durch uns bestätigt und/oder die notwendige erwähnte Kaution in bar eingezahlt oder auf unserem Konto eingegangen ist.

Stornierung:
bis 30 Tage vor der Buchung kein Ausfall an Miete
bis 14 Tage vor der Buchung 25% der gesamten ausfallenden Miete
bis 8 Tage vor der Buchung 80% der ausfallenden Miete und
bei nicht in Anspruchnahme des Zimmers ohne Absage steht der komplette Mietausfall
zur Bezahlung an.

Die Zimmer können besichtigt werden zu den büroüblichen Zeiten und nach Absprache:
Mo. – Fr. ab 9.00 Uhr bis max. 18:30 Uhr.
Samstags nur in Ausnahmefällen.
Sonntags keine Besichtigung.

Shower with toilette, sink (daylight), washing machine and dryer ready to use.
fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots, pans and cutlery - no dishwasher available.
shared shower and kitchen, towels and linens are provided by us (exchange towels 7 days - linen every 14 days or when change), cleaning the apartment (all rooms) approx 1x per week by us inclusive;
very good on-site parking, 15 car minutes to downtown, 5 car minutes on the A66,
12-min walk. to the next supermarket (Casella Straße), 1 foot min. to the bus stop of line 44 (Salzschlirfer Straße), 15 foot min. to station U7 (Gwinner Straße), 10 foot min to Hanauer Landstraße tram station line 11 + 13.

Additional info: security deposit in cash upon collection or fixed in advance for booking by bank transfer € 1300,00 occupancy of rooms by appointment and clarifying costs before with several persons (each person additional + € 250,00). 2nd bed could be provided by us. Size of room: different.
Cleaning service in the case of heavy soiling surcharge € 350,00 all rooms are new, super clean, super neat.

Rent – long term renting:
€ 650,00 per person per month (booking minimum 1 month) - including costs of central heating and hot water, compensation for provision of furniture, refrigerator use, water money, drainage, garbage collection, chimney sweep fees, house and apartment or room cleaning, stairwell lighting, antenna fee, bodies and washing of bedding, cooking power and lighting.
Corresponds to a flat-rate monthly rent of € 650,00.
Rent is payable not later than 01 of each month PRELIMINARY in advance.

Shorter rental negotiable.

booking:
Booked shall be binding only if confirmed by us in a room and / or paid the necessary mentioned security deposit or cash deposit is credited to our account.

cancellation:
30 days prior to the booking no loss of rent
up to 14 days prior to booking 25% of total dropouts rent
up to 8 days prior to booking 80% of the emergent hire and
when not in the room without taking claim rejection, the complete loss of rent
to pay for.

The rooms can be visited during the usual office hours and by appointment
Monday - Friday from 9:00 clock to max. 18:30 clock.
Saturdays only in exceptional cases.
No visiting on Sundays.
