Das ca. 12 qm große Zimmer ist durch die Ausstattung mit einem großen Dachfenster mit ausreichend Licht ausgestattet und bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Altbaugebäude der Siedlung. Der fünfeckige Schnitt macht das Zimmer besonders gemütlich.

The approx. 12 m² room is equipped with a large window to provide sufficient light and offers a wonderful view of the old buildings on the estate. The layout makes the room particularly cozy. Room is partially furnished with a book shelf.
Die WG liegt in einer schönen Altbausiedlung in Frankfurt - Fechenheim, direkt am Mainufer und hat eine Bushaltestelle nach Frankfurt/Offenbach direkt vor der Haustüre. Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten OG/Dachgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses und hat sogar einen kleinen Garten zu unserer freien Verfügung. Das Mainufer und somit die Stadtgrenze Offenbach ist in ca 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, kleine Läden, Dönerbuden etc. ebenfalls.

Right near the door there is a bus stop, the bus (551) goes to Enkheim (U7, U4) and Offenbach Marktplatz where you can take S-Bahn (S1, S2, S8, S9). Offenbach Marktplatz has other bus connections with Frankfurt as well. There are also trams 11 (Fechenheim — Höchst) and 13.
Grocery and drug stores (ALDI, Rewe, Tegut, dm), phramacy and resturants are 10 min walk away. The apartment is also 7 min walk away from Main river (perfect for jogging, bike riding, etc.).
Aktuell wohnt zum einen Mojtaba (27) und Ahmad (30) in der WG. Mojtaba ist Mechatroniker für Kälte- und Klimatechnik. Außerdem kocht er sehr gerne, weshalb es vor allem abends immer nach leckeren Essen riecht.
Ahmad (30) hat sein Studium in Architektur abgeschlossen und wird leider demnächst mit seiner Freundin zusammenziehen. Er ist ein super liebevoller Mensch, kommunikativ und spaziert gerne in der Natur.
Hierbei handelt es sich nicht um eine Zweck-WG, da es einfach schöner ist, wenn man sich nicht fremd ist in der eigenen Wohnung. Natürlich wird es aber immer respektiert, wenn du mal deine Ruhe haben willst :)
Wir lehnen jegliche Form von Diskriminierung (Rassismus, Sexismus, Queerfeindlichkeit…) ab . Gerade in Bezug auf Rassismus wünschen wir uns eine politisch reflektierte Haltung, denn such versteckter Rassismus oder Alltagsrassismus ist erkennbar. Außerdem achten wir auf Nachhaltigkeit in der gemeinsamen Nutzung der Küche, es wäre also schön, wenn du das genauso siehst.

There are two people currently living there:
Mojtoba (27) mechanic who works with cooling systems. He also likes cooking and crafting things for the house. He’s the main tenant, so it will be subleasing contract with all the necessary documents for city registration.
Ahmad (32) architect who works at a company. He’s very open person who likes exploring city and going out. He’s moving out in July to live with his girlfriend.

Das Zimmer ist teilweise mit einem Bücherregal ausgestattet. Die Gesamtwarmmiete beträgt 340 Euro.
