Wir bieten ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer in einer sauberen und freundlichen, international ausgerichteten Wohnung in fabelhafter Lage. Die Warmmiete beinhaltet eine private Versicherung deines Eigentums, schnelles WLAN, alle erforderlichen TV-/Radiogebühren, reichlich frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowie die Reinigung deines Zimmers und der gesamten Wohnung - zweimal im Monat. Für detaillierte Informationen die du benötigst, zögere bitte nicht, uns danach zu fragen um idealerweise - eine persönliche Besichtigung miteinander zu koordinieren.
Die Entfernung zur Stadt beträgt 5 Minuten. Große Supermärkte, Cafés, Restaurants und 3 Parks sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir wohnen zwischen Friedberger Platz und Fachhochschule = FH/FH.
Spanisch, Englisch, Französisch und Deutsch werden fließend gesprochen.
P.S. Jeder Mitbewohner hat einen eigenen Kühlschrank und die Nutzung eines gemeinsamen Gefrierschranks.
- Die ganze Wohnung verfügt über originale Kunstwerke.
***Wenn dein Profil nicht großartig ist, werden wir jetzt ehrlich gesagt MITTEL- UND LANGFRISTIGEN Mitbewohnern Priorität einräumen. Kürzere Aufenthalte erfordern weitaus mehr Aufwand für alle Seiten. ;-)

We offer a spacious bedroom in a clean and friendly international-minded flat in a fabulous location. The total rent includes private insurance of your belongings, rapid WLAN, the required T.V/radio taxes, abundant fresh sheets and towels, as well as the cleaning of your room and the whole flat - twice monthly. For detailed information you may require, please feel free to ask and ideally coordinate a personal viewing in order for all to have an ideal personal overview.
Distance to city is 5 minutes. Major supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and 3 parks within walking distance. We live between Friedberger Platz and the University of Applied Sciences/Fachhochschule = FH/UAS.
Spanish, English, French and German spoken fluently.
P.S. Each roommate has his/her own fridge and the use of a shared freezer. -The whole flat has original works of art.
