* The price is 400€/month.
Actually the original rent I pay is 450€/month, but I'll only be away for less that 1 month.
The room is warm and cozy. You'll have a 90 cm bed, a desk and a chair.(Beddings are not provided)
We have a small living room with sofa and table but we usually use the room to dry laundry :D
Directly downstairs is a Netto for groceries. Penny 5 minutes walk. Rewe and Lidl 7 minutes walk. Hermes, DPD, DHL, UPS paketshop are all nearby.
You can reach the beautiful riverside within 10 minutes walk.
Our WG Life is chill and uncomplicated. We respect each other's private space.
Your flatmates are Guo and Fatimeh. Both very nice and friendly.
Guo is a Chinese girl studying transnational literature studies. Fatimeh is a iranian girl studying human rights and recently started working.
They’re both busy with their own life. Sometimes when meet in the kitchen we talk about our daily, share food together. But nothing is a must, it's totally ok if you just want to sleep in the room all day 😆
We hope our new flatmate considers cleanliness important. We take turns to clean the WG once a week. We hope you're a tidy person and can keep the WG clean.
