Zur Vermietung steht ein Zimmer mit ca. 17qm in einer 3 Zimmer Wohnung (ca. 92qm) und die Wohnzimmer. Der frisch renovierte Altbau zeichnet sich durch einen sehr gehobenen Standard in den Wohnungen, Treppenhaus und Eingangsbereich, als auch Sanitäreinrichtungen und Küche aus (fast alles neu). Besonders schön an der Wohnung sind die 4,1m hohen Decken, sowie die Zimmerfenster zur Südseite.
Auch sehr praktisch sind die elektrischen Außenrolläden in jedem Zimmer und der sehr gute Schallschutz.
Ein Gemeinschaftsraum ist zruzeit nicht vorgesehen, kann aber unter Umständen eingerichtet werden (müsste man mal besprechen).

The entire building has a very high standard (entrance, rooms, stairwell, restroom, kitchen). Very special are the extreme beautifully high ceilings with a height of 4.1m (13,5 ft) and windows to the south side. Also practical are the electrical outside shutters and the elevator.
It's not planned to have a common room, but we could arrange this.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Ecke Weserstr./ Münchenerstr. und damit mitten im Leben in der besten Lage des Bahnhofsviertels.
Eine Tram-Haltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür, zum Willy-Brandt-Platz (U-Bahn) sind es ca. 5min, zum Hauptbahnhof ca. 3-5min (U/ S-Bahn). Bis zur Alten Oper läuft man ca. 10min. Zentraler geht es kaum.
Direkt im Umfeld der Wohnung liegen viele Restaurants und einige der In-Szene-Bars wie das Maxie-Eisen oder Plank und auch Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Wohnung wird neu bezogen, von daher liegt es an uns das WG-Leben zu definieren. Ich selbst bin berufstätig im Finance und relativ viel beruflich und auch privat unterwegs. Ansonsten treibe ich viel Sport und stürze mich gerne mit Freunden ins Frankfurter Nachtleben (für die Frankfurter, meistens sind es Gibson, Gekkos, Chinaski, etc.).
Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin/ Mitbewohner, die/der auch eigenständig zurecht kommt, humorvoll und offen ist. Eben einfach eine coole Socke mit der/dem man unkompliziert zusammen leben kann. Wenn es zeitlich passt, bin ich sicher auch für gemeinsame Aktivitäten wie Sport, Kochen oder dem gemeinsamen Wein/Bier zu haben. Männlein oder Weiblein sind beide willkommen, hat bisher immer alles super geklappt :)
Ich selbst habe nun bisher 8 Jahre in WGs gewohnt und würde die neue Wohnung ehr als eine Art Business-WG ansehen, die wahrscheinlich am ehesten zu jugen oder jung gebliebenen Berufstätigen passt, die Spaß am Leben haben.
Alles weitere wird sich ergeben.
Am besten schickt ihr mir eine Mail mit ein paar Infos zu euch und euren Kontaktdaten. Da die Wohnung erst ab dem 1.2 bezogen wird oder 1.3., sind Besichtigungstermine nur in geringer Anzahl möglich. Mir wäre es daher ganz lieb, wenn man sich vorab einmal telefonisch/ per Skype austauscht oder direkt in Frankfurt auf einen Kaffee o.ä. trifft, um zu gucken, ob es persönlich passt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schick, wenn man sich persönlich versteht und einem die zentrale Lage gefällt, ist die Vor-Ort-Besichtigung wahrscheinlich nur noch formsache und wird positiv überraschen ;)
