Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 2er WG in ruhiger Lage zum Innenhof. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Balkon mit Blick über Skyline. Außerdem ist es voll möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Stehlampe). Die Wohnung ist vor längerer Zeit ordentlich renoviert worden. In der Küche befindet sich eine Waschmaschine sowie Geschirrspüler. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral. 3 min bis zur U-Bahn/Straßenbahnstation Messe, 5 min Fußweg zum Hauptbahnhof. Besichtigung ab sofort möglich. Bitte Whatsapp Nachricht schreiben an die hinterlegter Nummer (Englisch/Deutsch).
Super cool and cozy room in incredibly quite location, right in the middle of the city. Awesome flatmate. What you see on pictures is exactly what you get. Nicest landlord who you will only see on signing and on moving out.
