5 min to Universitätsklinikum, it takes 10-15 minutes to the city center/main train station. The apartment is located in Niederrad, quite close to the racecourse/golf course. So you can reach the 21,12 and 15 with the busses 61 and 78 in a three minute walk and the S-Bahn station 'Bf Niederrad' in a ten minute walk or three minute train/bus ride. 20m from our house is a REWE, in the immediate vicinity another Rewe, Penny, Lidl, Aldi, hairdressers, restaurants and the good Challenge-Club to get your energy up and much more.

5 min zum Universitätsklinikum, bis in die Innenstadt/Hauptbahnhof sind es 10-15 Minuten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Niederrad, ziemlich nah an der Galopp-Rennbahn/Golfplatz. Somit stehen Dir die 21,12 und 15 mit den Bussen 61 und 78 in dreiminütigem Fußweg zur Verfügung und der S-Bahnhof 'Bf Niederrad' in zehnminütigem Fußweg oder dreiminütiger Bahn-/Busfahrt. 20m von unserem Haus ist ein REWE, im direkten Umkreis ein weiterer Rewe, Penny, Lidl, Aldi, Friseure, Restaurants und der gute Challenge-Club zum auspowern und vieles mehr.

Life in our shared flat is very communal, as far as university or job permits, and we would like to keep it that way. However, everyone is given his or her privacy and peace. The apartment is clean and tidy, there are no cleaning plans. Everybody does something, if his schedule allows it or if there is nothing to do in the evening. Apart from that we are all very sports-mad and in a good mood to party :)

Das Leben in unserer WG ist sehr gemeinschaftlich, soweit Uni oder Job das zuließ und würde auch gerne so beibehalten werden. Es ist allerdings jedem seine Ruhe und Privatsphäre gegeben. Die Wohnung ist zudem schön sauber, Putzpläne gibt es bei uns keine. Jeder tut somit etwas, wenn es in seinen Zeitplan zulässt oder mal alle Abends nichts zu tun haben. Ansonsten sind wir hier alle sehr sportbegeistert und in a good mood to party :)

The whole apartment has been furnished over three years with a lot of love, which you can clearly see when you visit us We have a large modern fitted kitchen with beautiful antique wooden furniture and a direct connection to the jewel of our apartment - the unique terrace.
Otherwise we have a large, nicely furnished main bathroom with two sinks, toilet, shower and bathtub and a small guest toilet with toilet and sink. For your utensils there is also a cellar room available and a bicycle cellar, in case you might bring a bicycle with you.
The best thing to do is just come by and make your own picture!

Die gesamte Wohnung wurde über drei Jahre mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, was man deutlich merkt, wenn Du uns besuchst.Wir haben eine große moderne Einbauküche mit schönen antiken Holzmöbeln und einem direkten Anschluss zum Schmuckstück unserer Wohnung - der einzigartigen Terrasse.
Ansonsten haben wir ein großes, hübsch eingerichtetes Hauptbad mit zwei Waschbecken, WC, Dusche und Badewanne und ein kleines Gäste WC mit Toilette und Waschbecken. Für Deine Utensilien steht Dir noch ein Kellerraum zur Verfügung und ein Fahrradkeller, falls du evtl. ein Fahrrad mitbringen solltest.
Am besten kommst Du einfach vorbei und machst Dir selbst Dein Bild!
