The bed is 120x200 so you actually have some space :)
You have Wi-Fi in the room, which should be >100MBit. The connection itself is 1GBit down/ 50MBit up.
We have a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster, blender, coffee maker, rice cooker, sandwich toaster...
Basically, if it's there, you can use it, but please clean up afterwards! :)
Well, the location is pretty good. The next best thing after city center!

In the mall you also have the U-Bahn and Bus stations, groceries and so on.
My wife Grace, I and my son, 1 year old, are living in the appartement together with our flatmate Ankit (from India).
Grace and my sons visiting her parents for 6 months For that time we are looking for a temporary renter of one of our rooms to help fund that holiday :)
We have 2 small dogs which are mostly staying in our rooms. They are mostly harmless, but you might want to consider it if you are allergic or have pets.
The rest can be discussed when you come for an interview.
