Da ich (Laura, 21) im März mein Erasmus-Semester antreten werde, suche ich nach einem Untermieter von März-August für mein schönes Zimmer. Es handelt sich um ein 16qm großes Zimmer an der Südseite der 90qm großen Altbauwohnung. Wir haben ein sonniges großes Wohnzimmer sowie zwei separate Bäder. Meine Möbel lasse ich im Zimmer für den Zeitraum gerne stehen (1,40m Bett, großer Pax-Schrank, Schreibtisch).
Since I (Laura, 21 y/o) will start my Erasmus semester in March, I am looking for a subtenant from March-August for my beautiful room. It is a 16sqm room on the south side of the 90sqm old building apartment. We have a sunny large living room as well as two separate bathrooms. I will gladly leave my furniture in the room for the period.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Stadtteil Niederrad. Die nächste Bahnstation ist vier Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Diverse Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Man erreicht Sachsenhausen in 15 Minuten, sowie die Innenstadt in 20 Minuten. Besonders praktisch ist die Lage zur Uniklinik (7 Minuten mit der Bahn) sowie der nebenan gelegenen Hochschule Fresenius.
The apartment is centrally located in the district Niederrad. The nearest train station is four minutes walk away. Various supermarkets are within walking distance. You can reach Sachsenhausen in 15 minutes and the city center in 20 minutes. Particularly convenient is the location tothe University Hospital (7 minutes by train) and the University of Fresenius next door.
Hallo! Wir sind Paula (21), Laeticia (23) und Laura (21). Paula studiert Zahnmedizin im siebten Semester und ich (Laura) Humanmedizin. Laeticia wird zum April ausziehen, da sie aus Frankfurt wegzieht. Statt ihr wirst du eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in) antreffen.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und unternehmen gerne Sachen zusammen oder kochen. Selbstverständlich wird aber auch Ruhe und Privatsphäre respektiert. Wir achten besonders auf Sauberkeit, Ordentlichkeit und gute Laune.
Hi! This is Paula (21), Laeticia (23) and Laura (21). Paula studies dentistry in the seventh semester and I (Laura) human medicine. Laeticia will move out in April because she is moving from Frankfurt. Instead of her you will meet a new roommate.
We are not a purpose-shared flat-share and as such like to do things together or cook. But of course we also respect quiet and privacy. We pay special attention to cleanliness, neatness and good humor.
