Ende April ist es leider so weit und ich werde meine tolle WG verlassen. Deshalb suchen wir ab dem 1. Mai einen würdigen Ersatz.
Das Zimmer ist 15m2 groß und schön hell. Außerdem ist das Zimmer zum Garten hin gelegen, es ist also nicht nur ruhig, sondern eine schöne Aussicht gibts auch gleich inklusive. Das beste ist, langes Möbelschleppen und Aufbauen kannst du dir sparen: Du buchst das Premiumpaket mit Gratis Möbeln (Bett, Schrank, Kommode und Schreibtisch vom Vermieter gestellt) gleich mit.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1.OG und besteht aus vier WG Zimmern, einer großen Küche (natürlich ganz wichtig: mit Spülmaschine), einem Badezimmer und einem Gäste WC. Im Keller gibt es Waschmaschinen und ganz luxuriös auch Trockner. (Vermieter auf dem erste Bild nicht enthalten)
Since I am leaving my flat at the end of April we are looking for someone who can join us from 1st May.
The room measures 14m2 with a view towards the garden.
The furniture belongs to the landlord and will thus stay in the room (bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk).
Our flat is on the first floor. In total there are four bedrooms, a kitchen, one bathroom and one guest toilet. Washing machines and dryers are in the basement. (landlord on the 1st picture not included)
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und zentral im Gallusviertel, nahe der Frankenallee. Zu Fuß bist du in 7min an der Galluswarte (von hier gehts dann super flott zum Hbf und in die City) und noch schneller an verschiedenen Bus- und Tramstationen.
Direkt um die Ecke ist ein kleiner Rewe, bis zu den großen Supermärkten und Discountern läuft man aber auch nur 5-10min. Außerdem gibt es einige Cafés, Restaurants und co in der Nähe und auch das Skyline Plaza Shoppingcenter ist nicht weit entfernt.
The flat is well located and connected to public transportation. It takes about 7min to go to the SBahn station Galluswarte and even less to other tram and bus stations. There are several supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants close by.
Zusammenwohnen würdest du mit Annika, Wika und David. Wir sind offen für Studis als auch Arbeitende und da wir alle in unseren 20ern sind wäre es super, wenn du da auch reinpasst. Generell ist unser WG Leben sehr locker, entspannt und immer lustig. Unter der Woche ist es zwar eher ruhiger, trotzdem sitzen wir aber abends meistens zusammen: Essen, quatschen (in Englisch!) und haben einfach Spaß. Ansonsten gehen wir auch gerne mal zusammen raus, lecker essen, ins Kino und co. Natürlich so wie es jedem passt. Außerdem eignet sich der Garten nicht nur hervorragend zum grillen & chillen, sondern Flunkyball-approved ist er auch schon!
You would live together with Annika, Wika and David. Our flatlife is pretty chilled and always fun. We like to spend our evenings together in the kitchen, having dinner and good talks (we’re communicating in English) :)
Moreover, we enjoy going out for dinner, ice cream, bike tours or playing flunky-ball in our nice little garden.
We are open to students or people who work, since we are all in our 20's it would be nice if you would also fit that range.
Bei der monatlichen Miete von 580€ ist fast alles inklusive. Es kommen nur noch 10€ pro Monat für das Internet dazu. Die Kaution liegt bei 1740€.
