Das Zimmer wirkt aufgrund der zwei Fenster - mit viel Tageslicht - freundlich und einladend.
Es ist komplett möbliert, mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und zwei Kommoden. Du könntest also sofort einziehen.
Die Decken sind sehr hoch und die Lampen neu. Daher sieht das Zimmer und die Wohnung groß, geräumig und einladend aus. Außerdem sind die Wände gut isoliert, Straßenlärm ist quasi nicht hörbar. Die Sindlinger Straße ist aber sowieso wenn nur von Anwohnern befahren.
Waschmaschinen und Trockner gibt es reichlich im Keller.
Die Küche hat eine Spülmaschine und alle weiteren notwendigen Geräte. Es gibt zwei Toiletten (also kein warten) und eine Dusche/Badewanne.
Das Zimmer wirkt durch die hohen Decken weit größer als 11qm wirkt. Außerdem ist das Bett schön breit (160x200).
The room looks friendly and bright due to its two big windows.
It is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and two dressers. You don't need anything else to move in!
The ceilings are very high and the lamps are new. Therefore, the room and apartment both seem much larger than you would guess. Street noise is practically inaudible. But even if you open up the windows: the Sindlinger Straße is only used by residents.
There are plenty of washing machines and dryers in the basement.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and all other necessary equipment. There are two toilets and a shower/bath tub.
The high ceilings make the room look much larger than 11 square meters.
Die WG liegt direkt zwischen Europapark mit vielen Parks und dem Gallus, dem absolut schönsten Viertel des Stadteils mit vielen tollen Altbauten. Vor allem spazieren Gehen ist hier eine tolle Möglichkeit, neben dem home office ein bisschen an die frische Luft zu kommen. Rewe, Aldi und Rossmann sind innerhalb von zwei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit der S-Bahn ist man innerhalb von 2 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig - man merkt nicht, wie zentral man lebt.
The flat share is located directly between Europapark with many parks and the Gallus, so right in the best part of the district with many great old buildings. Going for a walk in particular is a great way to get some fresh air next to the home office. Rewe, Aldi and Rossmann can be reached within two minutes on foot. By S-Bahn it's only 2 minutes to the main station. Nevertheless, it is very quiet - you don't even notice how central you live.
Wir sind eine internationale und aufgeschlossene WG. Als Aufenthaltsraum dient die Küche. Hier wird gerne zusammen gekocht und gebacken, im Sommer grillen wir auch gerne im Garten. In der Küche trifft man eigentlich immer jemanden zum Reden. Wir haben einen sehr gut funktionierenden Putzplan, wenn Du es aber eine Woche Mal nicht schaffst ist es auch kein Problem zu tauschen. :)
We are an international and open-minded flat share. The kitchen serves as a lounge. People like to cook and bake together here, and in summer we like to grill in the garden. In the kitchen you always meet someone to talk to. We have a well working cleaning schedule but if you don't have time one week it's no problem to switch as well :)
