Möbliert Zimmer in 2er WG im Gallus

Die Wohnung befindet sich in optimaler Lage im Gallus. Zu Fuß ist alles innerhalb von Minuten zu erreichen: der Skyline Plaza mit seinen vielfältigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die S-Bahn Station Galluswarte, von der es nur eine Station zum Hbf ist, sowie die Frankenallee mit ihren charmanten Kneipen, Restaurants und Imbissen. Auf der unmittelbar nahen Mainzer Landstraße gibt es zusätzlich einige Supermärkte.
Außerdem gibt es mehrere Kioske in der direkten Nachbarschaft, sodass auch am Sonntag noch Kleinigkeiten eingekauft werden können.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, vom Verkehr auf der Mainzer Landstraße bekommt man nichts mit. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, sodass man tief und fest schlafen kann.

The apartment is in an ideal location in Gallus. Everything can be reached by foot within minutes: the Skyline Plaza with its diverse shopping opportunities, the Galluswarte S-Bahn station, from which it is only one stop to the main station, and the Frankenallee with its charming pubs, restaurants and snack bars. There are also some supermarkets on the nearby Mainzer Landstrasse. There are also several kiosks in the immediate vicinity, so that small things can be bought on Sundays.

The location is very quiet, you don't notice the traffic on Mainzer Landstrasse. The windows are well insulated so that you can sleep soundly.

Wenn du im Januar einziehst, wirst du mit Nikolas, einem Master-Studenten, zusammenwohnen und ich werde im Februar als Nikolas' Nachmieterin einziehen.

Ich bin fest angestellt und bevorzuge Wohnungen ohne regelmäßige Partys. Dies wird nicht die erste WG sein, in der ich wohne. Ich verbringe auch gerne Zeit mit meinen Mitbewohnern, wenn wir dazu Zeit und Lust haben. :) Hygiene ist mir wichtig und ich hoffe, dass es dir genau so geht.

Die Wohnung ist auch für Studierende und Praktikanten, sowie zur Zwischenmiete und Miete über einen längeren Zeitraum geeignet (6 Monate Minimum).

If you move in in January, you will live with Nikolas, a master’s student, for the very first month, and I will move in in February as the successive tenant for Nikolas’ room.

I am employed and thus would appreciate a flat without frequent parties. This will not be the first WG I live in, and in the previous WGs, I enjoy spending time with my flatmates when we are all free and in the mood :) Also, as hygiene is critical to me, I hope it goes the same with you.

The apartment is also suitable for students and interns, for subletting or renting for a longer period of time (6-month tenancy as minimum).

Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Dusche, ein WC, Waschbecken und einen Spiegelschrank. In der Küche stehen ein Tiefkühlschrank, ein Kühlschrank, ein Gasherd und ein Backofen. Im Keller können Mieter kostenlos ihre Wäsche waschen und trocknen.

Die Nebenkosten enthält Strom, Wasser und Gas. Die sonstigen Kosten (30€) sind für den Internetzugang und den Rundfunkbeitrag

The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, a toilet, sink and a mirror cabinet. The kitchen has a freezer, refrigerator, gas stove and oven. Tenants can wash and dry their laundry free of charge in the basement.

The warm rent includes electricity, water, and gas, and other costs (30€) is for the internet and radio fee.
