Wir, Alisa (26) und Caitlyn (31) suchen ab dem 01.03.23 eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für unsere 3er-WG im Gallusviertel. Ein späterer Einzug ist aber auch kein Problem für uns.
Unsere Wohnung ist ca. 115 m2 groß und besitzt einen schönen großen sonnigen Balkon zum grünen Innenhof. Sie befindet sich in einem Neubau. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer sind ca. 12 m2 groß und haben einen französischen Balkon. Wir haben einen großen Wohn/Essbereich mit offener Küche, der zum gemeinsamen Balkon führt. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Bäder.
Hi! We, Alisa (26) and Caitlyn (31), are looking for a new flat mate in our 3-bedroom flat in Gallusviertel. The room will be available from 01.03.2023 but a later move-in date would also be ok.
Our 115m² apartment has a large, open-concept kitchen / living / dining room which leads onto a beautiful, sunny balcony overlooking a large courtyard. All 3 bedrooms are appr. 12m², each with a French balcony. The apartment also has 2 bathrooms and in-suite laundry, as well as storage space and bike parking in the cellar. Also included is parking space in the underground garage, making parking a breeze.
Die Galluswarte ist in 8 Min zu Fuß erreichbar und die Tramhaltestelle Schwalbacherstraße ist noch ein wenig näher. Damit ist man super schnell in der Innenstadt oder am Main. Zum Joggen ist in unmittelbarer Nähe der Rebstockpark. Der Rewe ist keine 2 Gehminuten entfernt und der Bäcker ist direkt an der Hausecke.
The area is well-connected with public transport, with the S-Bahn (Galluswarte) an 8 min walk and the tram (Schwalbacherstraße) even closer by. There are many grocery stores in the area, including a Rewe only 2 minutes away.
There are cozy neighborhood bars and restaurants within walking distance and it is only a short jaunt to Rebstockpark.
Wir haben uns neu zusammengefunden, sind beide berufstätig, offen und unkompliziert. Machen beide gerne Sport, genießen das Leben in Frankfurt und Reisen normalerweise gerne. Spontane gemeinsame Frühstücke oder Abende mit Wein und Spielen gehören genauso dazu wie mal seine Ruhe haben. Jeder lebt sein Leben und wenn es passt auch gerne gemeinsam. :-)
Deshalb sind wir auf der Suche nach einer dritten Person, die Bock hat, mit uns das WG-Leben mit zu gestalten.
We are both employed in Frankfurt and enjoy sports / fitness, travelling to new places, exploring the city and sitting down at a nice restaurant with friends. Spontaneous breakfasts together on the balcony and evenings with wine are just as welcome as quiet evenings in our own space. We were lucky enough to meet each other through the WG and are excited to welcome someone new!
Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet. Für die Küche und die Möbel (Wohnzimmer/Flur/Balkon) wäre ein Abschlag zu zahlen (760€). Die Möbel im Schlafzimmer können auch übernommen werden, falls gewünscht.
Die Miete beträgt 800€ (inkl. Internet, Strom usw.). Weitere Kosten kommen nicht auf dich zu.
The apartment is completely furnished and therefore a payment of 760€ for the furniture is necessary.
The monthly rent comes to 800€ all in (incl. Internet, Electricity, etc.), it’s all already been taken care of!
