A fully furnished room in a WG (2 bedroom Apartment) will be available starting from March 2021 for only €475 Warm, behind Europa Allee main road. 2 mins walking to bus stop Paul-Hindemit-Schule, 8 mins walking to tram stop Schwalbacher Straße & 10 mins walking to Sbahn Galluswarte. REWE just around the corner.
Since me & my housemate will both moving out at the same time, so both rooms will be empty, you can rent only the room or the whole apartment to create a new WG.
The other room will cost €460 Warm. (Kaution 1080)
The additional cost that is included : water, heating & electricity. you will have to get your own internet contract and also pay your own radio fees.
included furnitures in the room : Bed, Mattress, wardrobe, 3 drawer wardrobe, table and chair.
It has Built-in Kitchen, separate shower and toilet.
The apartment is on the 1st floor, a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are all so nice.
The landlord sooo nice & very helpful! If this your first time in Germany, this will be perfect place to stay for you as a student.

Ein voll möbliertes Zimmer in einem WG (Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern) wird ab März 2021 für nur 475 € Warm hinter der Hauptstraße Europa Allee verfügbar sein. 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bushaltestelle Paul-Hindemit-Schule, 8 Minuten zu Fuß zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Schwalbacher Straße & 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Sbahn Galluswarte. REWE ist gleich um die Ecke.
Da ich und meine Mitbewohnerin beide gleichzeitig ausziehen und beide Zimmer frei sind, können Sie nur den Zimmer oder die gesamte Wohnung mieten, um eine neue WG zu erstellen.
Das andere Zimmer kostet € 460 Warm. (Kaution 1080)
Die zusätzlichen Kosten, die enthalten sind: Wasser, Heizung und Strom. Sie müssen Ihren eigenen Internetvertrag abschließen und auch Ihre eigenen Radiogebühren bezahlen.
Inklusive Möbel im Zimmer: Bett, Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Kleiderschrank mit 3 Schubladen, Tisch und Stuhl.
Es verfügt über eine Einbauküche, eine separate Dusche und Toilette.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock, eine ruhige Gegend und die Nachbarn sind alle so nett.
Der Vermieter sooo nett und sehr hilfsbereit! Wenn Sie zum ersten Mal in Deutschland sind, ist dies der perfekte Ort für Sie als Student.

The apartment is located near Europallee and the beautiful Europaallee park is just 2 mins walk, perfect for morning or afternoon stroll to refresh your mind. The Rebstocker Park is also within walking distance so I think its a really perfect escape from the boredom of staying in the apartment during corona lockdowns. The neighborhood is super comfortable and in my opinion quite beautiful. I love taking walks around the neighborhood.
The public transport to the city also comes every 5-7 minutes.
- to Hauptbahnhof : 2 minutes with Sbahn, 7 minutes with Tram
- to Hauptwache : 7 minutes with Sbahn
The location is super convenient because all the supermarket and good restaurant are located close from the house and all are walking distance, such as:
- A medium sized REWE : 5 minutes away
- REWE Center : 10 minutes walking
- Aldi : within the REWE center, 10 minutes walking
- Penny : 10 minutes walking
- Lidl : 10 minutes walking
- Rossman : 10 minutes walking

- A very delicious Pizzeria : 5 mins walking
- Also a very delicious Japanese streetfood restaurant : 5 mins walking

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der Europallee und der schöne Europaallee-Park ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Perfekt für einen Spaziergang am Morgen oder Nachmittag, um Ihren Geist zu erfrischen. Der Rebstocker Park ist ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich denke, es ist eine perfekte Flucht vor der Langeweile, während der Corona-Sperren in der Wohnung zu bleiben. Die Nachbarschaft ist super komfortabel und meiner Meinung nach sehr schön. Ich liebe Spaziergänge in der Nachbarschaft.
Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in die Stadt kommen ebenfalls alle 5-7 Minuten.
- zum Hauptbahnhof: 2 Minuten mit der Sbahn, 7 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn
- nach Hauptwache: 7 Minuten mit der Sbahn
Die Lage ist super praktisch, da alle Supermärkte und guten Restaurants in der Nähe des Hauses liegen und alle zu Fuß erreichbar sind, wie zum Beispiel:

- REWE Center: 10 Minuten zu Fuß

Both of the rooms will be free and therefore you can create a 2 person sharing apartment (WG). but if you only decide to take the room, then you will meet your new flatmate when you sign the contract.
